因自反曰：「父家多少傭工、皆得飽食而有餘、而吾將為他鄉之餓殍矣、

他醒悟过来，就说：‘我父亲有多少的雇工，口粮有余，我倒在这里饿死吗？

他醒悟过来，就说：‘我父亲有多少雇工，粮食有余，我倒在这里饿死吗？

他醒悟过来，就说：‘我父亲有多少雇工，粮食有余，我倒在这里饿死吗？

最后，他醒悟过来，心想，‘在我父亲家里，连雇工的口粮都绰绰有余，我现在却要在这里饿死吗？

他醒悟过来，说：‘我父亲有那么多雇工，又有丰富的食物，我却要在这里饿死吗？

可是他醒悟过来的时候，就说：‘我父亲那么多的雇工都食物充足，我却要在这里饿死吗？

他醒悟過來，就說：『我父親有多少的雇工，口糧有餘，我倒在這裏餓死嗎？

他醒悟過來，就說：『我父親有多少雇工，糧食有餘，我倒在這裏餓死嗎？

他醒悟過來，就說：『我父親有多少雇工，糧食有餘，我倒在這裏餓死嗎？

最後，他醒悟過來，心想，『在我父親家裡，連僱工的口糧都綽綽有餘，我現在卻要在這裡餓死嗎？

他醒悟過來，說：‘我父親有那麼多雇工，又有豐富的食物，我卻要在這裡餓死嗎？

他回悟過來，就說：「我父親有多少雇工，食物充足有餘，我倒在這裏因饑餓而喪命啊？

可是他醒悟過來的時候，就說：『我父親那麼多的雇工都食物充足，我卻要在這裡餓死嗎？

既而悟曰、我父若許傭人、其糧有餘、我乃於此飢而死耶、

悔曰、我父若多傭人、其糧有餘、我乃饑而死乎、

既而省悟曰、我父傭人甚多、其糧有餘、而我餓死乎、

“ When he came to his senses, he said,‘ How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death!

“ Then he began to think clearly again. He said,‘ How many of my father’s hired servants have more than enough food! But here I am dying from hunger!

“ But when he came to himself, he said,‘ How many of my father’s hired servants have more than enough bread, but I perish here with hunger!

“ When he finally came to his senses, he said to himself,‘ At home even the hired servants have food enough to spare, and here I am dying of hunger!

When he came to his senses, he said,‘ How many of my father’s hired workers have more than enough food, and here I am dying of hunger!

But when he came to his senses, he said,‘ How many of my father’s hired laborers have more than enough bread, but I am dying here from hunger!

“ But when he came to himself, he said,‘ How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

But when he came to himself he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish here with hunger!

When he came to his senses, he said,‘ How many of my father’s hired hands have more than enough food, and here I am dying of hunger!

And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

But when he came to his senses he said,‘ How many of my father’s hired workers have food enough to spare, but here I am dying from hunger!

But when he came to himself he said,‘ How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough to spare, and I’m dying with hunger!

然富於慈悲之天主、按其愛人之大德、緣基督之偉功、拔吾人於罪中、起吾人於已死、俾吾人得與基督同享生命；

故曰：睡者其興、死者其起！惟彼基督、光明照爾。

吾其急起歸家、而稟父曰：「父乎、兒獲罪於天、有忝所生、今而後、不堪稱為爾子、待我如傭、足矣。」

且屢於會堂中加以楚撻、意欲迫其發褻瀆之語；恨之既甚、逐之外邑。其時予承司祭長委權受命、往大馬士革。王乎、予在途中、時方亭午、忽睹天放異光、輝耀逾日、環燭予及同行者、吾儕咸仆於地、予聞有聲以希伯來語向予言曰：「掃羅！掃羅！迫吾何甚！以足蹴刺、不其難乎？」予曰：「主、爾為誰？」主曰：「予即汝所迫辱之耶穌也！汝且起立、予顯汝前、將有所命、立為執事、以汝所見及予隨時所示者悉為證之。予之拔汝於眾民萬邦者、欲汝啟眾民萬邦之目、使自黑暗轉向光明、脫沙殫之掌握而歸依天主、俾以信予之故、而獲罪赦、與一切因信成聖者同嗣洪基。」亞基帕王乎、予於天示靈驗、不敢不敬；乃毅然以傳道為己任、

引葆樂西拉出曰：『先生、吾當如何、始可望救？』曰：『能信奉主耶穌、則爾舉家當蒙救恩。』

惟吾救主天主大發慈悲、不視人之行為、一惟彼之仁愛、藉重生之洗禮、賜吾人以救拔；因聖神之妙工、予吾人以復新。而天主之所以沛然以聖神傾注於吾人之心者、實以我救主耶穌基督之功。

眾出觀其事、至耶穌處、則見甫脫於魔者、正襟危坐耶穌足前、神志清明、眾皆駭絕。

眾聞其言、中心如刺；語伯鐸祿及諸徒曰、『兄弟！吾將如之何？』

夢中雖云歡。覺後應悲哭。悲哭復何及。塵影淪幽壑。

偶舉目遙見亞伯漢、與其懷中之辣柴魯、

故我親愛之兄弟，幸勿自誤。一切美德嘉惠、莫不來自天上、降自光明之父。惟父恆常不變、永無晦蝕。惟父憑其自由聖意、以真實無妄之道、予吾人以再造、俾充先薦之果、而與萬物更始；
