  • 2 Corinthians 9:6 - My point is this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously.

  • Deuteronomy 15:11 - There will never cease to be some poor people in the land; therefore, I am commanding you to make sure you open your hand to your fellow Israelites who are needy and poor in your land.
  • Deuteronomy 15:12 - If your fellow Hebrew – whether male or female – is sold to you and serves you for six years, then in the seventh year you must let that servant go free.
  • Deuteronomy 15:13 - If you set them free, you must not send them away empty-handed.
  • Deuteronomy 15:14 - You must supply them generously from your flock, your threshing floor, and your winepress – as the Lord your God has blessed you, you must give to them.

  • Hebrews 13:16 - And do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for God is pleased with such sacrifices.
  • Proverbs 19:17 - The one who is gracious to the poor lends to the Lord, and the Lord will repay him for his good deed.
  • Luke 6:30 - Give to everyone who asks you, and do not ask for your possessions back from the person who takes them away.
