又有權柄賜給牠，讓那隻獸的像有生氣，並且能說話，又使所有不拜獸像的人都被殺害。牠又使眾人，無論大小、貧富，自主的、為奴的，都在右手上，或是在額上，打一個印記；這樣，除了那有印記，有獸的名或有獸名數字的，都不得買或賣。在此，要有智慧：讓有悟性的人解開獸的數目吧，因為這是一個人的數字，那數字是六百六十六。

又因所受的疼痛和生的瘡，就褻瀆天上的神，也沒有為他們的行為悔改。

耶和華對摩西和亞倫說：「你們從爐裏滿滿捧出爐灰，摩西要在法老眼前把它撒在空中。這灰要在埃及全地變成塵土，使埃及全地的人和牲畜身上起泡生瘡。」摩西和亞倫取了爐灰，站在法老面前。摩西把它撒在空中，人和牲畜的身上就起泡生瘡了。因為這瘡，術士在摩西面前站立不住，術士和所有埃及人的身上都生了瘡。

耶和華必使一切的疾病遠離你；你所知道埃及各樣的惡疾，他不加在你身上，反要加在所有恨你的人身上。

你們為甚麼屢次悖逆，繼續受責打呢？你們已經滿頭疼痛，全心發昏；從腳掌到頭頂，沒有一處是完好的，盡是創傷、瘀青，與流血的傷口，未曾擠淨，未曾包紮，也沒有用膏滋潤。

主必使錫安頭頂長瘡，耶和華又暴露其下體。

耶和華的手重重擊打亞實突人，使他們恐懼，使亞實突和亞實突周圍的人都生痔瘡。

希律不歸榮耀給神，所以主的使者立刻擊打他，他被蟲咬，就斷了氣。

耶和華必用埃及人的瘡、潰瘍、癬和疥攻擊你，使你不得醫治。

又有一個討飯的，名叫拉撒路，渾身長瘡，被人放在財主門口，想得財主桌子上掉下來的碎食充飢，甚至還有狗來舔他的瘡。後來那討飯的死了，被天使帶去放在亞伯拉罕的懷裏。財主也死了，並且埋葬了。

運到之後，耶和華的手擊打那城，使那城的人非常驚慌，無論大小都生痔瘡。

這一切事以後，耶和華擊打約蘭，使他的腸子患不能醫治的病。

至於你，你必患許多的病，你的腸子也必生病，日漸沉重，直到腸子墜落下來。』」

於是撒但從耶和華面前退出去，擊打約伯，使他從腳掌到頭頂長毒瘡。約伯就坐在灰燼中，拿瓦片刮身體。

必有腐爛代替馨香，繩子代替腰帶，光禿代替美髮，麻衣繫腰代替華服，烙痕代替美貌。

他令東風吹在天空，用能力引來南風。

於是那坐在雲上的把鐮刀向地上揮去，地上的莊稼就收割了。
