第一位天使吹響號角，就有冰雹和火，混著血被撒在地上；於是大地的三分之一被燒掉，樹木的三分之一被燒掉，所有的青草也都被燒掉了。

這兩個人有權柄閉塞天空，使雨水在他們做先知傳道的日子不降下來；又有權柄統管眾水，使水變成血，並且能隨時隨意用各樣災害擊打大地。

第二位天使把他的碗倒在海裡，海水就變得像死人的血那樣，海中所有的生物都死了。第三位天使把他的碗倒在江河和眾水的泉源上，水就變成血。接著，我聽見那位統管眾水的天使說：「今在、昔在的聖者啊，你是公義的，因為你判定了這些事，又因為他們曾流了聖徒們和先知們的血，現在你給了他們血喝，這是他們該受的。」隨後，我聽見祭壇說：「是的，主、神、全能者啊，你的審判是真實的、公義的！」第四位天使把他的碗倒在太陽上，太陽就被准許用火灼烤人。人們被大炎熱灼烤，就褻瀆了那有權柄統管這些災害的神的名；他們也不悔改，不把榮耀歸給他。第五位天使把他的碗倒在那獸的寶座上，獸的國就變成黑暗了，人們因痛苦而咬自己的舌頭。他們因自己的痛苦、因自己的瘡而褻瀆了天上的神，還是不悔改離開自己的行為。第六位天使把他的碗倒在幼發拉底大河上，河水就乾了，好為那些從東方來的眾君王預備道路。隨後，我看見三個汙靈，好像青蛙，來自龍的口、獸的口和那假先知的口。其實它們是鬼魔的靈，能行奇蹟；它們出去到普天下的眾君王那裡，召集他們參與神、全能者大日子的戰爭。「看哪，我要來臨，就像賊來臨那樣！那警醒並保持衣著在身，免得赤身行走被人看見他羞處的，這樣的人是蒙福的。」於是，那些鬼魔的靈把眾君王都召集到一個地方；希伯來語叫做「哈米吉多頓」。第七位天使把他的碗倒在空中，就有大聲音從聖所中的寶座上傳來，說：「成了！」隨後有閃電、聲音和雷鳴，又發生了大地震，自從地上有人以來，沒有發生過如此大、如此厲害的地震。那大城裂為三個部分，列國的城市也都倒塌了。神也想起大巴比倫，要把自己烈怒之酒的杯子遞給她。所有的海島都逃避了，山嶺也不見了。又有重約四十公斤的大冰雹，從天上落在人身上；由於這冰雹的災害，人們就褻瀆了神，因為這災害極其厲害。
