貧乏者流、祈禱耶和華、蒙其俯聞、弗為藐視、不見厭惡、不被遐棄、

因窮苦人受難之時、主未嘗藐視、未嘗厭棄、未嘗向其掩面、其呼籲時、主曾俯聽、

願凡虔敬之人兮。播揚仁風。願雅谷之苗裔兮。聖道是弘。願義塞之子孫兮。惟主是崇。

For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.

I called on the Lord in distress; The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place.

The pains of death surrounded me, And the pangs of Sheol laid hold of me; I found trouble and sorrow.Then I called upon the name of the Lord:“ O Lord, I implore You, deliver my soul!”Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; Yes, our God is merciful.The Lord preserves the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me.

O My God, I cry in the daytime, but You do not hear; And in the night season, and am not silent.

But I am poor and sorrowful; Let Your salvation, O God, set me up on high.I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify Him with thanksgiving.This also shall please the Lord better than an ox or bull, Which has horns and hooves.The humble shall see this and be glad; And you who seek God, your hearts shall live.For the Lord hears the poor, And does not despise His prisoners.Let heaven and earth praise Him, The seas and everything that moves in them.

But I am a worm, and no man; A reproach of men, and despised by the people.

This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles.

And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said,“ Father,‘ into Your hands I commit My spirit.’” Having said this, He breathed His last.

All my bones shall say,“ Lord, who is like You, Delivering the poor from him who is too strong for him, Yes, the poor and the needy from him who plunders him?”

And do not hide Your face from Your servant, For I am in trouble; Hear me speedily.
