使他们与王子同坐，就是与本国的王子同坐。

列諸牧伯、即其民之牧伯兮、

使與民牧、爰居爰處兮、

使之與侯伯並坐、即與本國之侯伯並坐、

使與王侯兮並駕。與牧伯兮比隆。
