他抬舉了貧寒人出灰塵，提拔了窮苦人出糞堆，

他從塵土中興起貧弱者，從糞堆中高舉貧窮人，

舉貧窮於塵埃、擢匱乏於糞壤、

貧乏者流、處於塵埃、居於糞攘、主舉而升之兮、

從塵埃中高舉卑微之人、從糞土中提拔貧窮之人、

拯貧寒於糞壤兮。拔煢獨於泥中。

He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap;

He raises poor people up from the trash pile. He lifts needy people out of the ashes.

The Lord makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up.He raises the poor from the dust And lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set them among princes And make them inherit the throne of glory.“ For the pillars of the earth are the LORD’s, And He has set the world upon them.

And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt.Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.

He sets on high those who are lowly, And those who mourn are lifted to safety.

thus says the Lord GOD:“ Remove the turban, and take off the crown; Nothing shall remain the same. Exalt the humble, and humble the exalted.Overthrown, overthrown, I will make it overthrown! It shall be no longer, Until He comes whose right it is, And I will give it to Him.”’

He has put down the mighty from their thrones, And exalted the lowly.He has filled the hungry with good things, And the rich He has sent away empty.

Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?

Now therefore, thus shall you say to My servant David,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ I took you from the sheepfold, from following the sheep, to be ruler over My people, over Israel.And I have been with you wherever you have gone, and have cut off all your enemies from before you, and have made you a great name, like the name of the great men who are on the earth.

But He saves the needy from the sword, From the mouth of the mighty, And from their hand.So the poor have hope, And injustice shuts her mouth.

He does not preserve the life of the wicked, But gives justice to the oppressed.He does not withdraw His eyes from the righteous; But they are on the throne with kings, For He has seated them forever, And they are exalted.

Your dead shall live; Together with my dead body they shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in dust; For your dew is like the dew of herbs, And the earth shall cast out the dead.

There is also an antitype which now saves us— baptism( not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.

For exaltation comes neither from the east Nor from the west nor from the south.But God is the Judge: He puts down one, And exalts another.

And all the trees of the field shall know that I, the Lord, have brought down the high tree and exalted the low tree, dried up the green tree and made the dry tree flourish; I, the Lord, have spoken and have done it.”

And he took for himself a potsherd with which to scrape himself while he sat in the midst of the ashes.

My strength is dried up like a potsherd, And My tongue clings to My jaws; You have brought Me to the dust of death.

which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.

After whom has the king of Israel come out? Whom do you pursue? A dead dog? A flea?
