For wisdom is better than rubies, And all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her.

for wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her.

It cannot be purchased for gold, Nor can silver be weighed for its price.It cannot be valued in the gold of Ophir, In precious onyx or sapphire.Neither gold nor crystal can equal it, Nor can it be exchanged for jewelry of fine gold.No mention shall be made of coral or quartz, For the price of wisdom is above rubies.The topaz of Ethiopia cannot equal it, Nor can it be valued in pure gold.

Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christand be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;

There is gold and a multitude of rubies, But the lips of knowledge are a precious jewel.

Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you; Love her, and she will keep you.Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.

Therefore I love Your commandments More than gold, yes, than fine gold!

For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
