The wages of the righteous is life, but the earnings of the wicked are sin and death.

People who do what is right earn life. But sinners earn sin and death.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, acts of adultery, other immoral sexual acts, thefts, false testimonies, and slanderous statements.

Say to the righteous that it will go well for them, For they will eat the fruit of their actions.Woe to the wicked! It will go badly for him, For what he deserves will be done to him.

But evil people and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And one who is wise gains souls.

For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, by having served and by still serving the saints.

So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit.A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.

“ Either assume the tree to be good as well as its fruit good, or assume the tree to be bad as well as its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit.You offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, express any good things? For the mouth speaks from that which fills the heart.

and their talk will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus,men who have gone astray from the truth, claiming that the resurrection has already taken place; and they are jeopardizing the faith of some.
