爾曹猶大人在我聖山、已飲苦杯、列邦之人、亦必恆飲、且飲且吸、歸於烏有、若原未有、

Just as you drank on my holy hill, so all the nations will drink continually; they will drink and drink and be as if they had never been.

You Edomites made my holy mountain of Zion impure by drinking and celebrating there. So all the nations will drink from the cup of my anger. And they will keep on drinking from it. They will vanish. It will be as if they had never existed.

For as you have drunk on my holy mountain, so all the nations shall drink continually; they shall drink and swallow, and shall be as though they had never been.

Just as you swallowed up my people on my holy mountain, so you and the surrounding nations will swallow the punishment I pour out on you. Yes, all you nations will drink and stagger and disappear from history.

你的主耶和華，為子民辯屈的神如此說：「看哪！我已經從你手中拿走了使人踉蹌的杯，就是我怒火的杯盞，你絕不會再喝它了。我要把它放在那些折磨你的人手中；他們曾對你說：『趴下，讓我們踩著你過去！』你就把自己的背當作地面、當作街道，任人踩著過去。」

因為時候到了，審判要從神的家開始。如果先從我們開始，那麼，那些不肯信從神福音的人會有什麼樣的結局呢？

攻打亞利伊勒的萬國眾軍，所有攻打亞利伊勒和它要塞的，以及使它受困苦的，都必像一場夢幻，又如夜間的異象——他們像飢餓的人在夢中吃飯，醒來後仍然飢餓；又像口渴的人在夢中喝水，醒來後仍然口渴、發昏。攻打錫安山的萬國眾軍也必如此。

萬民哪，你們必被打破，必被擊碎！遠方的眾人哪，當傾聽！你們束腰吧，也終必被擊碎；你們束腰吧，也終必被擊碎！你們籌謀吧，也終必遭挫敗；你們開口吧，也終必不成立！因為神與我們同在！

原來在耶和華的手中有杯，杯中酒泛著泡沫，充滿混合物；他倒出酒，地上所有的惡人都必須喝，甚至連杯中的渣滓都要喝盡！至於我，我要永遠宣揚他的作為，並歌頌雅各的神。

然而耶和華如此說：「就算是勇士的俘虜，也必被奪回；強橫者的擄物，也必被救出。與你爭鬥的，我必親自與他爭鬥；至於你的兒女，我必親自拯救。我要使欺負你的人吃他們自己的肉；他們必醉飲自己的血，如同醉飲甜酒。那時，一切有血肉的就都知道：我是耶和華，是你的拯救者，是你的救贖主，是雅各的大能者。」

「我靜默不言，沉默克制，已經很久了；但現在我要大喊，像臨產的婦女那樣急促呼吸、喘氣。
