如能獲之、我實語爾、彼為此羊而喜、有逾於其未失之九十九者焉？

And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety- nine that did not wander off.

What I’m about to tell you is true. If he finds that sheep, he is happier about the one than about the 99 that didn’t wander off.

耶穌對他們說：「我的食物就是遵行那派我來者的旨意，並且完成他的工作。你們不是說『收割的季節還有四個月才到』嗎？看哪，我告訴你們：舉目向田裡觀望，莊稼已經成熟，可以收割了！收割的人得酬報，收集果實歸入永恆的生命，好使撒種的和收割的一同快樂。

要知道，那不施憐憫的人，要受毫無憐憫的審判；憐憫勝過審判。

青年人怎樣娶處女，重建你的也怎樣娶你；新郎怎樣因新娘而喜樂，你的神也怎樣因你而歡喜。

一旦找到了，他就快快樂樂地扛在自己的肩上，回到家裡請朋友和鄰居來，對他們說：『你們與我一同歡樂吧，因為我找到了那隻丟失的羊。』我告訴你們：同樣，一個罪人的悔改，比九十九個不需要悔改的義人，會讓天上更有喜樂。「或者，如果一個婦人有十個銀幣，丟失了一個，難道她不點上油燈，打掃屋子，仔細尋找，直到找到了它嗎？一旦找到了，她就會請朋友和鄰居來，說：『你們與我一同歡樂吧，因為我找到了那個丟失的銀幣。』同樣，我告訴你們：一個罪人的悔改，會讓神的天使們面前有喜樂。」

把那隻養肥的牛犢牽來宰殺了，讓我們吃喝、慶祝吧！因為我這個兒子是死而復生、失而復得的。』於是他們開始慶祝。

經歷過身心的苦難後，他就必看見光，並且心滿意足。「我公義的僕人必使許多人因認識他得稱為義，他也必背負他們的罪孽。

耶和華喜悅的是那些敬畏他的人、那些期盼他慈愛的人。
