and begged him to let the sick just touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.

It shall be a statute forever to him and to his descendants after him.

If a man receives circumcision on a Sabbath so that the Law of Moses will not be broken, are you angry at Me because I made an entire man well on a Sabbath?

God was performing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul,so that handkerchiefs or aprons were even carried from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out.

And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel and tell them that they shall make for themselves tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and that they shall put on the tassel of each corner a violet thread.It shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the Lord, so that you will do them and not follow your own heart and your own eyes, which led you to prostitute yourselves,

if we are on trial today for a benefit done to a sick man, as to how this man has been made well,let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead— by this name this man stands here before you in good health.

And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they had nothing to say in reply.But when they had ordered them to leave the Council, they began to confer with one another,saying,“ What are we to do with these men? For the fact that a noteworthy miracle has taken place through them is apparent to all who live in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it.

And they do all their deeds to be noticed by other people; for they broaden their phylacteries and lengthen the tassels of their garments.
