於是耶穌回答她說：「婦人，你的信心很大！照你所要的成全你吧。」從那時起，她的女兒就好了。

耶穌聽了就很驚訝，對跟從的人說：「我實在告訴你們，這麼大的信心，就是在以色列，我也沒有見過。

這樣說來，猶太人有甚麼比別人強呢？割禮有甚麼益處呢？很多，各方面都有。首先，神的聖言交託他們。即使有不信的，這又何妨呢？難道他們的不信就廢掉神的信實嗎？

他們是以色列人，那兒子的名分、榮耀、諸約、律法的頒佈、敬拜的禮儀、應許都是給他們的。列祖是他們的，基督按肉體說也是從他們出來的。願在萬有之上的神被稱頌，直到永遠。阿們！

他將他的道指示雅各，將他的律例典章指示以色列。他未曾這樣對待別國，至於他的典章，他們向來都不知道。哈利路亞！

鬼被趕出去，啞巴就說出話來。眾人都很驚訝，說：「在以色列，從來沒有見過這樣的事。」
