He is to me like a bear lying in wait, Like a lion in secret places.

他向我如熊埋伏，如狮子在隐密处。

祂像埋伏的巨熊，又像伺机突袭的猛狮，

他像熊埋伏着，又像狮子在藏匿的地方，等候攻击我。

他向我如熊埋伏，如獅子在隱密處。

他向我如埋伏的熊，如在隱密處的獅子。

他向我如埋伏的熊，如在隱密處的獅子。

祂像埋伏的巨熊，又像伺機突襲的猛獅，

他像熊埋伏著，又像獅子在藏匿的地方，等候攻擊我。

他像埋伏的熊、要撲着我，像獅子在隱密處。

彼之於我、如熊潛伏、如獅陰伺兮、

主欲執余、有若熊獅、伏於密林兮。

主向我若熊陰伺、若獅潛伏、

Like a bear lying in wait, like a lion in hiding,

He has been like a bear waiting to attack me. He has been like a lion hiding in the bushes.

He is a bear lying in wait for me, a lion in hiding;

He has hidden like a bear or a lion, waiting to attack me.

He is a bear waiting in ambush, a lion in hiding.

He has been to me a bear lying in wait, Like a lion in ambush.

He is unto me as a bear lying in wait, as a lion in secret places.

He is a bear waiting in ambush, a lion in hiding.

He[ was] unto me[ as] a bear lying in wait,[ and as] a lion in secret places.

To me he is like a bear lying in ambush, like a hidden lion stalking its prey.

He is to me as a bear lying in wait, as a lion in secret places.

He lurks in secret like a lion in his lair; He lurks to catch the needy; He catches the needy when he pulls him into his net.

I composed my soul until morning. Like a lion— so He breaks all my bones, From day until night You make an end of me.

So I will be like a lion to them; Like a leopard I will lie in wait by the wayside.I will confront them like a bear deprived of her cubs, And I will tear open their chests; I will also devour them there like a lioness, As a wild animal would tear them to pieces.

“ Come, let’s return to the Lord. For He has torn us, but He will heal us; He has wounded us, but He will bandage us.

He is like a lion that is eager to tear, And as a young lion lurking in secret places.

And should my head be high, You would hunt me like a lion; And You would show Your power against me again.

Woe to you who are longing for the day of the Lord, For what purpose will the day of the Lord be to you? It will be darkness and not light;As when a man flees from a lion And a bear confronts him, Or he goes home, leans with his hand against the wall, And a snake bites him.Will the day of the Lord not be darkness instead of light, Even gloom with no brightness in it?

For I will be like a lion to Ephraim And like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, yes I, will tear to pieces and go away, I will carry away, and there will be no one to rescue.
