He wraps up the waters in his clouds, yet the clouds do not burst under their weight.

Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what[ is] his name, and what[ is] his son’s name, if thou canst tell?

When he uttereth his voice,[ there is] a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which[ were] under the firmament from the waters which[ were] above the firmament: and it was so.

Also can[ any] understand the spreadings of the clouds,[ or] the noise of his tabernacle?

When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,

Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven,

Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.Dost thou know when God disposed them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine?Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?
