But the Lord has told me to say to you,‘ This is what the Lord says: I will overthrow what I have built and uproot what I have planted, throughout the earth.

But here is what the Lord has told me to say to you, Baruch.‘ The Lord says,“ I will destroy what I have built up. I will pull up by the roots what I have planted. I will do this throughout the earth.

Thus shall you say to him, Thus says the Lord: Behold, what I have built I am breaking down, and what I have planted I am plucking up— that is, the whole land.

“ Baruch, this is what the Lord says:‘ I will destroy this nation that I built. I will uproot what I planted.

“ This is what you are to say to him:‘ This is what the LORD says:“ What I have built I am about to demolish, and what I have planted I am about to uproot— the whole land!

This is what you are to say to him:‘ This is what the Lord says:“ Behold, what I have built I am going to tear down, and what I have planted I am going to uproot, that is, all the people of the land.”

“ Thus you shall say to him,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ Behold, what I have built I will break down, and what I have planted I will pluck up, that is, this whole land.

Thus shalt thou say unto him, Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, that which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up; and this in the whole land.

“ This is what you are to say to him:‘ This is what the Lord says: What I have built I am about to demolish, and what I have planted I am about to uproot— the whole land!

Thus shalt thou say unto him, The LORD saith thus; Behold,[ that] which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up, even this whole land.

The LORD told Jeremiah,“ Tell Baruch,‘ The LORD says,“ I am about to tear down what I have built and to uproot what I have planted. I will do this throughout the whole earth.

“ You shall tell him, Yahweh says:‘ Behold, that which I have built, I will break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up; and this in the whole land.

我何时论到一邦或一国说，要拔出、拆毁、毁坏；我所说的那一邦若回转离开他们的恶，我就改变心意，不将我想要施行的灾祸降与他们。我何时论到一邦或一国说，要建立、栽植；他们若行我眼中看为恶的事，不听从我的话，我就改变心意，不将我所说的福气赐给他们。

我先前怎样看守他们，为要拔出、拆毁、毁坏、倾覆、苦害，也必照样看守他们，为要建立、栽植。这是耶和华说的。

我今日立你在列邦列国之上，为要拔出，拆毁，毁坏，倾覆，又要建立，栽植。”

你从埃及拔出一棵葡萄树，赶出外邦人，把这树栽上。你在它面前清除杂物，它就深深扎根，蔓延满地。它的影子遮蔽群山，枝子好像高大的香柏树。它长出枝子，直到大海，伸展嫩枝，延到大河。你为何拆毁这树的篱笆，任凭路人摘取？林中的野猪践踏它，田里的走兽吞吃它。万军之神啊，求你转回，从天上垂看观察，眷顾这葡萄树；保护你右手所栽的根，你为自己所坚固的幼苗。这树已经被火焚烧，被刀砍伐，因你脸上的怒容就灭亡了。

“原来栽培你的万军之耶和华已经说要降祸给你，是因以色列家和犹大家行恶。他们向巴力烧香，惹我发怒，是自作自受。”

耶和华就因造人在地上感到遗憾，心中忧伤。耶和华说：“我要把所造的人和走兽，爬行动物，以及天空的飞鸟，都从地面上除灭，因为我造了他们感到遗憾。”

他刨挖园子，清除石头，栽种上等的葡萄树，在园中盖了一座楼，又凿出酒池；指望它结葡萄，反倒结了野葡萄。耶路撒冷的居民和犹大人哪，现在，请你们在我与我的葡萄园之间断定是非。我为我葡萄园所做的之外，还有什么可做的呢？我指望它结葡萄，怎么倒结了野葡萄呢？现在我告诉你们，我要向我的葡萄园怎么做。我必撤去篱笆，使它被烧毁；拆毁围墙，使它被践踏。我必使它荒废，不再修剪，不再锄草，任荆棘蒺藜生长；我也必吩咐密云，不再降雨在其上。万军之耶和华的葡萄园就是以色列家；他所喜爱的树就是犹大人。他指望公平，看哪，却有流血；指望公义，看哪，却有冤声。
