“你向光秃的高冈举目看看，哪里没有你的淫迹？你坐在路边等候情人，像阿拉伯人在旷野埋伏一样。你以淫乱和邪恶，把这地玷污了。

你舉目向光禿的高地觀看，何處沒有你的淫行呢？你坐在道路旁等候，好像阿拉伯人在曠野埋伏，你的淫行和邪惡使全地污穢了。

「你舉目看看那些光禿的高山，哪裡沒有被你玷污過呢？你坐在路旁等候情郎，就像曠野的遊牧者，你的淫亂惡行玷污了土地。

“你向光禿的高岡舉目看看，哪裡沒有你的淫跡？你坐在路邊等候情人，像阿拉伯人在曠野埋伏一樣。你以淫亂和邪惡，把這地玷污了。

你向無草木的高處舉目看吧！在哪一個地方你沒有受過蹧蹋？你坐在路旁等候情人，好像亞拉伯人在曠野埋伏着一樣：你竟用你的淫行和邪惡把這地都沾污了。

仰觀荒邱、爾何在未受玷污、爾坐道旁以待、若亞拉伯人之伏於曠野、以爾淫亂邪惡、污衊斯土、

曠覽崇坵、何往非爾狥欲之地、爾憩坐途側以惑眾、若亞喇伯人、潛身曠野以害人、爾作惡縱欲、污衊斯邦。

爾舉目以望高邱、試觀何處非爾受污之地、爾坐道旁俟人、若亞拉伯人伏於曠野、爾行淫作惡、污穢斯地、

“ Look up to the barren heights and see. Is there any place where you have not been ravished? By the roadside you sat waiting for lovers, sat like a nomad in the desert. You have defiled the land with your prostitution and wickedness.

“ Look up at the bare hilltops. Is there any place where you have not worshiped other gods? You have been unfaithful to me like a wife committing adultery. By the side of the road you sat waiting for lovers. You sat there like someone who wanders in the desert. You have made the land impure. You are like a sinful prostitute.

Lift up your eyes to the bare heights, and see! Where have you not been ravished? By the waysides you have sat awaiting lovers like an Arab in the wilderness. You have polluted the land with your vile whoredom.

“ Look at the shrines on every hilltop. Is there any place you have not been defiled by your adultery with other gods? You sit like a prostitute beside the road waiting for a customer. You sit alone like a nomad in the desert. You have polluted the land with your prostitution and your wickedness.

Look to the barren heights and see. Where have you not been immoral? You sat waiting for them beside the highways like a nomad in the desert. You have defiled the land with your prostitution and wickedness.

“ Raise your eyes to the bare heights and see; Where have you not been violated? You have sat for them by the roads Like an Arab in the desert, And you have defiled a land With your prostitution and your wickedness.

“ Lift up your eyes to the desolate heights and see: Where have you not lain with men? By the road you have sat for them Like an Arabian in the wilderness; And you have polluted the land With your harlotries and your wickedness.

Lift up thine eyes unto the bare heights, and see; where hast thou not been lain with? By the ways hast thou sat for them, as an Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.

Look to the barren heights and see. Where have you not been immoral? You sat waiting for them beside the highways like a nomad in the desert. You have defiled the land with your prostitution and wickedness.

Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.

“ Look up at the hilltops and consider this. You have had sex with other gods on every one of them. You waited for those gods like a thief lying in wait in the desert. You defiled the land by your wicked prostitution to other gods.

“ Lift up your eyes to the bare heights, and see! Where have you not been lain with? You have sat waiting for them by the road, as an Arabian in the wilderness. You have polluted the land with your prostitution and with your wickedness.

她瑪見示拉已經長大，還沒有娶她為妻，就脫了她作寡婦的衣裳，用帕子蒙着臉，又遮住身體，坐在亭拿路上的伊拿印城門口。

又為自己建造圓頂花樓，在各街上做了高臺。你在一切市口上建造高臺，使你的美貌變為可憎的，又與一切過路的多行淫亂。

我領你們進入肥美之地，使你們得吃其中的果子和美物；但你們進入的時候就玷污我的地，使我的產業成為可憎的。

誰知，在那裏有以色列神的榮耀，形狀與我在平原所見的一樣。神對我說：「人子啊，你舉目向北觀看。」我就舉目向北觀看，見祭壇門的北邊，在門口有這惹忌邪的偶像；又對我說：「人子啊，以色列家所行的，就是在此行這大可憎的事，使我遠離我的聖所，你看見了嗎？你還要看見另有大可憎的事。」

有話說：人若休妻，妻離他而去，作了別人的妻，前夫豈能再收回她來？若收回她來，那地豈不是大大玷污了嗎？但你和許多親愛的行邪淫，還可以歸向我。這是耶和華說的。

你們要將所趕出的國民事奉神的各地方，無論是在高山，在小山，在各青翠樹下，都毀壞了；

我在古時折斷你的軛，解開你的繩索。你說：我必不事奉耶和華；因為你在各高岡上、各青翠樹下屈身行淫。

他在陰間受痛苦，舉目遠遠地望見亞伯拉罕，又望見拉撒路在他懷裏，

所羅門有妃七百，都是公主；還有嬪三百。這些妃嬪誘惑他的心。

你用衣服為自己在高處結彩，在其上行邪淫。這樣的事將來必沒有，也必不再行了。

耶路撒冷啊，要剪髮拋棄，在淨光的高處舉哀；因為耶和華丟掉離棄了惹他忿怒的世代。

從前以色列王所羅門在耶路撒冷前、邪僻山右邊為西頓人可憎的神亞斯她錄、摩押人可憎的神基抹、亞捫人可憎的神米勒公所築的邱壇，王都污穢了，

你怎能說：我沒有玷污、沒有隨從眾巴力？你看你谷中的路，就知道你所行的如何。你是快行的獨峯駝，狂奔亂走。

這婦人喧嚷，不守約束，在家裏停不住腳，

因以色列輕忽了她的淫亂，和石頭木頭行淫，地就被玷污了。

在淨光的高處聽見人聲，就是以色列人哭泣懇求之聲，乃因他們走彎曲之道，忘記耶和華－他們的神。

她埋伏好像強盜；她使人中多有奸詐的。

因為我領他們到了我起誓應許賜給他們的地，他們看見各高山、各茂密樹，就在那裏獻祭，奉上惹我發怒的供物，也在那裏焚燒馨香的祭牲，並澆上奠祭。
