The Lord will lay bare his holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God.

主啊，誰敢不敬畏你，不榮耀你的名呢？惟獨你是聖義的，萬國都必來、在你面前下拜，因為你公義的作為顯明出來了。』

你們要唱新的歌頌讚永恆主；因為他顯了奇妙的作為；他的右手和聖臂為他取得了勝利。永恆主使人知道他的得勝，他在列國人眼前啓現出他的義氣；他記得他向以色列家所應許的堅愛和可信；地的四極都看見我們上帝的拯救。

血肉之人都必看見上帝的拯救。」』

因為主曾這樣囑咐我們說：「我立了你做外國人的光，使你做救星直到地極。」』

第七位天使吹了號筒；天上就有大聲音說：『世界的國已成了我們的主和他所膏立的基督的國了；他必掌王權、世世無窮。』那些在上帝面前、坐在他們座位上的二十四位長老、都面伏於地、敬拜上帝說：『今在昔在的主上帝，全能者啊，我們感謝你；因為你已執掌你的大權能而作王了。

地的四極都必懷念着永恆主、來歸順他；列國的萬家族都必在他面前敬拜。

『但我呢，我知道他們的行為和意圖；我必來，集合萬國萬方言的人；他們都必來，看我的榮耀。我必在他們中間施神迹。從他們中間差遣逃脫的人到列國去：到他施、弗、路德、米設、羅施、土巴、和雅完、遼遠的沿海地帶，就是未曾聽見過我名聲、未曾看見過我榮耀的：他們都必將我的榮耀宣揚在列國中。

那時有猶太人——從天下各國來的虔誠人——住在耶路撒冷。一聽到這響聲，民眾都聚攏來，紛紛亂亂，不知所措，因為每一個人都聽見使徒們用聽者自己的土話在講論。眾人都驚訝希奇說：『看哪，這些說話的不都是加利利人麼？我們各人聽起來、怎麼是以我們自己生來的土話來聽呢？我們帕提亞人、瑪代人、以攔人和住米所波大米、猶太和加帕多加、本都和亞西亞、弗呂家和旁非利亞、埃及和靠近古利奈的呂彼亞區域的人、以及旅居的羅馬人、猶太人和歸依猶太教的人、革哩底人和亞拉伯人、我們真地聽見他們是用我們自己的語言來講論上帝的大作為呀！』

我看見另有一位天使在天頂點上飛着，有永世的福音要傳給住在地上的人，傳給各邦國、各族派、各種語言的人、和各民族。

是這位永恆主說：『你做我僕人，使雅各眾族派得以重立起來，使以色列中得保存的能夠歸回——這還是輕微的事，我還要使你做外國人之光，使我的拯救能施到地儘邊呢。』
