那麼你看吧，我對這人民就要再施展奇妙之事了，就是奇妙又奇妙之事：他們有才智的人的才智必然滅沒，他們聰明人的聰明必躲躲藏藏。』

因此，看哪，我要再次向這子民行奇妙的事，是奇妙又奇妙的事；他們智慧人的智慧必會消亡，有悟性之人的悟性必被隱藏！」

故我將行奇事於斯民、奇之最奇、智者亡其智、聰者蔽其聰、○

故我必行異跡於民間、神妙莫測、智者窒其慧、明者塞其聰、

故我必待斯民以奇異、奇異又奇異、使其智慧者喪智慧、明哲者失明哲、○

Therefore once more I will astound these people with wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of the wise will perish, the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish.”

So once more I will shock these people with many wonderful acts. I will destroy the wisdom of those who think they are so wise. I will do away with the cleverness of those who think they are so smart.”

therefore, behold, I will again do wonderful things with this people, with wonder upon wonder; and the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the discernment of their discerning men shall be hidden.”

Because of this, I will once again astound these hypocrites with amazing wonders. The wisdom of the wise will pass away, and the intelligence of the intelligent will disappear.”

Therefore, I will again confound these people with wonder after wonder. The wisdom of their wise will vanish, and the perception of their perceptive will be hidden.

Therefore behold, I will once again deal marvelously with this people, wondrously marvelous; And the wisdom of their wise men will perish, And the understanding of their men who have understanding will be concealed.”

Therefore, behold, I will again do a marvelous work Among this people, A marvelous work and a wonder; For the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, And the understanding of their prudent men shall be hidden.”

Therefore I will again do an amazing thing for these people– an absolutely extraordinary deed. Wise men will have nothing to say, the sages will have no explanations.”

耶和华必兴起，像他在毗拉心山兴起那样，他必发怒，像他在基遍谷发怒那样，为要做成他的工，就是奇异的工，为要成就他的事，就是非凡的事。

他说：“你去告诉这百姓说：‘你们听了又听，却不领悟；看了又看，却不明白。’让这子民的心麻木，耳朵发沉，眼睛蒙蔽，免得他们眼睛看见，耳朵听见，心里领悟，回转过来，就得痊愈。”

我们知道神对摩西说过话，至于这个人，我们就不知道他是从哪里来的！”他回答说：“这就奇怪了！他开了我的眼睛，你们竟然不知道他是从哪里来的！我们知道神是不听罪人的，然而，如果有人敬畏神、遵行他的旨意，神就垂听他。自古以来，没有人听说过谁开了生来就瞎眼之人的眼睛。那个人如果不是从神而来的，他什么也不能做。”他们回答他，说：“你完全是生在罪孽中的，还敢教训我们！”于是把他赶了出去。

因为经上记着：“我将要毁灭智慧人的智慧，废弃聪明人的聪明。”智慧人在哪里？经文士在哪里？这世代的雄辩家在哪里？神难道不使这世界的智慧成了愚拙吗？实际上，在神的智慧中，世界既然凭智慧不认识神，神就乐意藉着传道的愚拙，拯救那些相信的人。虽然犹太人求神迹，希腊人寻智慧，但我们却传扬被钉十字架的基督——对犹太人来说是绊脚石，对外邦人来说是愚拙的；不过对那些蒙召的人，无论是犹太人、或是希腊人，基督总是神的大能、神的智慧。

耶稣说：“我到这世上来是为了行审判，使看不见的能看见，使看得见的反而瞎了眼。”与耶稣在那里的一些法利赛人听了这些话，就说：“难道我们也是瞎眼的吗？”耶稣对他们说：“如果你们是瞎眼的，就没有罪了。但如今你们说‘我们能看见’，所以你们的罪仍然存在。

我告诉你们：曾经有许多先知和君王想要看你们所看见的，却没有看到；想要听你们所听见的，却没有听到。”

琐安的首领们极其愚妄，法老最智慧的谋士们所出的谋略都是愚拙！你们怎么能对法老说“我是智慧人的子孙，是古代君王的后裔”？你的智慧人在哪里呢？让他们告诉你吧，让他们去明白万军之耶和华对埃及所策划的！琐安的首领们愚昧，挪弗的首领们被欺哄；埃及众支派中当房角石的，使埃及人迷失。耶和华在埃及中掺入了歪谬的灵，首领们就使埃及在一切所做的事上都迷失，好像醉酒的人呕吐时摇晃迷糊。

他说：‘你去告诉这子民：你们将听了又听，但绝不会领悟；你们将看了又看，但绝不会明白；因为这子民的心麻木了，他们充耳不闻，眼睛闭着；免得他们眼睛看见，耳朵听见，心里领悟，回转过来，我就使他们痊愈。’

所以人是已经知道神的，但是却不把他当做神来荣耀他，也不感谢他；相反，他们在思想上变得虚妄，他们无知的心就昏暗了。他们自称是有智慧的，却成了愚拙，

你们惊呆，惊奇吧！你们自我蒙蔽，继续蒙蔽吧！你们醉了不是因为酒，你们摇摇晃晃不是因为烈酒，而是因为耶和华用沉睡的灵浇灌你们；他封闭了你们的眼睛，就是众先知；他蒙住了你们的头，就是众先见。

因为在神看来，这世界的智慧就是愚拙；原来经上记着：“神使智慧人落入自己的诡计中”；

既然人不愿意真正认识神，神就任凭他们存败坏的理性，去做那些不该做的事。

埃及人必失魂落魄；我要使他们的计划混乱。他们必求问偶像、阴魂、招魂的和通灵的；
