我醫治以色列的時候，以法蓮的罪孽就顯露，撒瑪利亞的壞行為就現出；因為他們行虛假，內有賊人進屋，外有強盜羣襲擊。

主曰、我欲醫以色列族、斯時也、以法蓮撒馬利亞罪惡彰明、彼詭詐攘奪、群盜自外侵伐。

我欲醫以色列時、無奈以法蓮愆尤、撒瑪利亞罪惡彰顯、詭譎是行、賊入室而竊、群盜搶掠於外、

whenever I would heal Israel, the sins of Ephraim are exposed and the crimes of Samaria revealed. They practice deceit, thieves break into houses, bandits rob in the streets;

I would like to heal Israel. But when I try to, Ephraim’s sins are brought out into the open. The crimes of Samaria are made known to everyone. The people tell lies. They break into houses and steal. They rob others in the streets.

when I would heal Israel, the iniquity of Ephraim is revealed, and the evil deeds of Samaria, for they deal falsely; the thief breaks in, and the bandits raid outside.

“ I want to heal Israel, but its sins are too great. Samaria is filled with liars. Thieves are on the inside and bandits on the outside!

“ When I would have healed Israel, Then the iniquity of Ephraim was uncovered, And the wickedness of Samaria. For they have committed fraud; A thief comes in; A band of robbers takes spoil outside.

When I would heal Israel, then is the iniquity of Ephraim uncovered, and the wickedness of Samaria; for they commit falsehood, and the thief entereth in, and the troop of robbers ravageth without.

惟妄誓、失信、殺戮、偷盜、姦淫、殘暴是行、疊流人血、

以法蓮歟、我將何以待爾、猶大歟、我將何以待爾、蓋爾之仁義、有若朝雲、又如速消之露、

撒瑪利亞歟、爾犢見棄、我向斯民震怒、彼至何時、方得無罪、

厥手惟惡是營、而亟行之、牧伯徇情、士師貪賄、大人言其中心之惡欲、共同組織之、其至善者、等於荊榛、其至正者、劣於棘籬、爾守望者所宣懲罰之日、今已至矣、爾必驚擾、勿信鄰里、勿恃友朋、對爾懷中之婦、亦守爾口、蓋子藐其父、女敵其母、媳敵其姑、人之仇讐、即其家人也、○若我、則必瞻望耶和華、俟救我之上帝、我上帝必聽我、

以法蓮以欺誑環我、以色列家以詭譎繞我、猶大對於上帝、即信實之聖者、則貳其心、以法蓮餐風、追隨東風、妄誕殘暴日增、且與亞述結盟、貢油於埃及、

凡指撒瑪利亞之罪而誓者曰、但乎、我指爾維生之神而誓、或曰、我指別是巴之生途而誓、其人必顚覆、永不復興、

禍哉、以法蓮醉者高傲之冠冕、及其美飾之殘花、在膏腴山谷之上、其民沉湎於酒、

爾姊撒瑪利亞、及其眾女、居於爾左、爾妹所多瑪、及其眾女、居於爾右、

祭司歟、爾其聽之、以色列家、爾其聆之、王室爾其傾耳、審鞫有關於爾、因爾為擭於米斯巴、為網於他泊、

蓋尚有守暗利之例、從亞哈家所為者、而爾遵循其謀、我必使爾寂寞、斯土居民、為人嗤笑、我民之辱、爾必任之、

耶路撒冷歟、耶路撒冷歟、殺先知石擊使於爾者乎、我欲集爾赤子、似牝鷄集雛翼下者屢矣、而爾不欲也、

基列乃行惡者之邑、為血沾染、譬彼羣盜、伏而伺人、祭司亦會於示劍之途、肆行殺戮、邪惡是作、在以色列家、我見可憎之事、以法蓮行淫、以色列被玷、

願我於野得有旅邸、則可離我民而去、以彼俱為淫亂之徒、詭詐之黨、彼彎舌如弓、以發誑言、在國中為強大、而不行信實、行惡有加無已、而不我識、耶和華言之矣、爾曹各當謹防鄰里、勿信昆弟、蓋昆弟相欺特甚、鄰里往來讒毀、各迋其鄰、不言誠實、舌習誑言、作惡致憊、耶和華曰、爾居詭詐之中、彼緣詭詐、不肯識我、○

我儕欲醫巴比倫而不得、可去之、各歸故土、其禍滔天、上達穹蒼、

撒瑪利亞居民、將因伯亞文之犢而驚惶、庶民為之悲哀、素悅斯犢之祭司戰慄、以其榮去之也、

禍哉彼眾、因其離棄我、將見毀滅、因其悖逆我、我欲救贖之、彼乃言誑以謗我、

以法蓮好合偶像、可姑聽之、

在於爾前、我咎孔多、我罪訟我、我咎偕我、自知我愆、

耶路撒冷歟、耶路撒冷歟、殺先知、石擊使於爾者乎、我欲集爾赤子、似牝鷄集雛翼下者屢矣、而爾不欲也、

姊名阿荷拉、妹名阿荷利巴、俱歸於我、而生子女、阿荷拉即撒瑪利亞、阿荷利巴即耶路撒冷也、

曰、倘爾於是日、知關乎平安之事則幸、但今隱於爾目矣、
