“如果有外人在你们的地方，与你们一起寄居，你们不可欺负他。

因为你们的手沾满了血，你们的指头被罪孽玷污，你们的嘴唇说虚谎的话，你们的舌头讲出凶言。没有人按公义求告，没有人凭诚实争辩；他们都倚靠虚无，说虚谎的话；所怀的是毒害，所生的是罪孽。他们所孵化的是毒蛇的蛋，他们所结的是蜘蛛的网，吃了它们的蛋，就一定死；蛋破了，就孵出蝮蛇来。他们的网，不能作衣服，他们所作的，也不能遮盖自己；他们所作的是罪孽的作为，他们的手里满是强暴的行为。他们的脚奔跑行恶，他们急于流无辜人的血；他们的思想都是邪恶的思想，他们的行径全是破坏和毁灭。

他们要田地，就去抢夺；想要房屋，就去强取。他们欺压人和他的家眷，取人和人的产业。

他欺压困苦和贫穷的人，抢夺人的物件，没有把抵押品归还，眼目仰望偶像，并行可憎的事；

“他们从最小的到最大的，个个都贪图不义之财；从先知到祭司，全都行事诡诈。

看哪，工人为你们收割庄稼，你们竟然克扣他们的工资；那工资必为他们呼冤；收割者的呼声，已经达到万军之主的耳中了。

在我的子民中发现了恶人，他们好像捕鸟的人蹲伏窥探，装置网罗捕捉人。笼中怎样满了雀鸟，他们的屋里也满了诡诈；他们就因此财雄势大。他们肥胖光润，作尽各种坏事；他们不为人辩护，不替孤儿辨屈，使他们获益，也不为穷人伸冤。

你们吃我民的肉，剥他们的皮，打断他们的骨头，切成像锅里的块，像釜中的肉块。

我作旅客，你们没有接待我；我赤身露体，你们没有给我衣服穿；我病了，我在监里，你们没有看顾我。’
