“‘可是，他们的子孙却背叛我，不恪守我的律例，不谨遵我的典章——遵守的人必活着。他们亵渎我的安息日。我本想在旷野向他们发烈怒，倾倒我的怒气，

可是他们的儿女背叛了我，没有遵行我的律例，也没有谨守实行我的典章（人如果遵行这些律例典章，就必因此活着），亵渎了我的安息日；那时我说我要把我的烈怒倒在他们身上，在旷野向他们发尽我的怒气。

可是他們的兒女背叛了我，沒有遵行我的律例，也沒有謹守實行我的典章（人如果遵行這些律例典章，就必因此活著），褻瀆了我的安息日；那時我說我要把我的烈怒倒在他們身上，在曠野向他們發盡我的怒氣。

但他們的兒女卻叛逆了我，不遵行我的律例，不謹守實行我的典章（就是人若實行，必因此而活着的），反而瀆犯了我的安息日。『我就心裏說我要將我的烈怒傾倒在他們身上，我要在曠野向他們發盡我的忿怒。

惟其子女背我、不循我典章、不從我律例、人若遵行、則緣之得生、且犯我安息日、我則曰、必在曠野傾我怒、盡洩我忿於其身、

子孫背我、不遵我禮儀、犯我安息日、如有人守我法度、則可保生、惟彼不守、故我自謂、必在曠野、震怒斯眾、滅之務盡。

乃子孫悖逆我、不遵我之律例、不守我之法度以行之、人若遵行、必由此得生、彼亦犯我之安息日、我言將震怒斯民、發我盛忿、滅之於曠野、我言將震怒斯民發我盛忿滅之於曠野或作我言將在曠野向彼大震我怒傾洩我之盛忿於彼

“‘ But the children rebelled against me: They did not follow my decrees, they were not careful to keep my laws, of which I said,“ The person who obeys them will live by them,” and they desecrated my Sabbaths. So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and spend my anger against them in the wilderness.

“‘ “But their children refused to obey me. They did not follow my rules. They were not careful to keep my laws. The person who obeys them will live by them. They misused my Sabbath days. So I said I would pour out all my great anger on them in the desert.

But the children rebelled against me. They did not walk in my statutes and were not careful to obey my rules, by which, if a person does them, he shall live; they profaned my Sabbaths.“ Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them and spend my anger against them in the wilderness.

“ But their children, too, rebelled against me. They refused to keep my decrees and follow my regulations, even though obedience would have given them life. And they also violated my Sabbath days. So again I threatened to pour out my fury on them in the wilderness.

“‘ But the children rebelled against me. They did not follow my statutes or carefully keep my ordinances— the person who does them will live by them. They also profaned my Sabbaths. So I considered pouring out my wrath on them and exhausting my anger against them in the wilderness.

But the children rebelled against Me; they did not walk in My statutes, nor were they careful to follow My ordinances which, if a person follows them, then he will live by them; they profaned My Sabbaths. So I resolved to pour out My wrath on them, to use up My anger against them in the wilderness.

“ Notwithstanding, the children rebelled against Me; they did not walk in My statutes, and were not careful to observe My judgments,‘ which, if a man does, he shall live by them’; but they profaned My Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out My fury on them and fulfill My anger against them in the wilderness.

But the children rebelled against me; they walked not in my statutes, neither kept mine ordinances to do them, which if a man do, he shall live in them; they profaned my sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

“ But the children rebelled against Me. They did not follow My statutes or carefully keep My ordinances— the person who does them will live by them. They also profaned My Sabbaths. So I considered pouring out My wrath on them and exhausting My anger against them in the wilderness.

Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which[ if] a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

“‘ But the children rebelled against me, did not follow my statutes, did not observe my regulations by carrying them out( the one who obeys them will live by them), and desecrated my Sabbaths. I decided to pour out my rage on them and fully vent my anger against them in the wilderness.

“‘“ But the children rebelled against me. They didn’t walk in my statutes, and didn’t keep my ordinances to do them, which if a man does, he shall live in them. They profaned my Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out my wrath on them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

以色列家卻在曠野中悖逆我，不順從我的律例，厭棄我的典章；人若遵行就必因此存活。他們卻大大干犯我的安息日。「因此我說，我要在曠野把我的憤怒傾倒在他們身上，滅絕他們。

他們卻悖逆我，不肯聽從我，不拋棄他們眼中所喜愛的可憎之物，離棄埃及的偶像。「我就說，在埃及地，我要把我的憤怒傾倒在他們身上，向他們發盡我的怒氣。

因為我知道你們是悖逆的，是硬着頸項的。看哪，我今日還活着與你們同在，你們尚且悖逆耶和華，何況我死後呢？

百姓向神和摩西發怨言，說：「你們為甚麼把我們從埃及領上來，使我們死在曠野呢？這裏沒有糧食，沒有水，我們厭惡這淡而無味的食物。」

我快要將我的憤怒傾倒在你身上，向你發盡我的怒氣，按你的行為審判你，照你所做一切可憎的事懲罰你。

我要對牆和粉刷它的人發盡我的憤怒，我要對你們說：『牆沒有了！粉刷它的人也沒有了！』

他們這樣行，惹耶和華發怒，就有瘟疫流行在他們中間。那時，非尼哈起而干預，瘟疫這才止息。那就算他為義，世世代代，直到永遠。他們在米利巴水又惹耶和華發怒，甚至摩西也因他們的緣故受虧損，是因他們觸怒了他的靈，摩西就用嘴說了急躁的話。

耶和華叫你們離開加低斯‧巴尼亞，說：『你們上去得我所賜給你們的地。』那時，你們違背了耶和華－你們神的指示，不信服他，不聽從他的話。自從我認識你們的日子以來，你們常常悖逆耶和華。

以色列人住在什亭，百姓開始與摩押女子行淫。這些女子請百姓一同為她們的神明獻祭，百姓吃了祭物，跪拜她們的神明。以色列與巴力‧毗珥聯合，耶和華的怒氣就向以色列發作。耶和華對摩西說：「拿下百姓中所有的領袖，對着太陽把他們懸掛在我面前，使我向以色列所發的怒氣可以平息。」於是摩西對以色列的審判官說：「你們的人若有與巴力‧毗珥聯合的，你們各人就要把他們殺了。」摩西和以色列全會眾在會幕門口哭泣的時候，看哪，有一個以色列人，在他們眼前帶着一個米甸女子，到他弟兄那裏。亞倫祭司的孫子，以利亞撒的兒子非尼哈看見了，就從會眾中起來，手裏拿着槍，跟這以色列人進入帳棚，刺穿了二人，就是以色列人和那女子的肚腹。這樣，以色列人遭受的瘟疫就停止了。

我要把我的憤怒傾倒在你身上，把我烈怒的火噴在你身上；又將你交在善於殺滅、畜牲一般的人手中。

我聽見有大聲音從聖所裏出來，向那七位天使說：「你們去，把盛着神烈怒的七碗傾倒在地上。」

他在曠野容忍他們，約有四十年。

因為他們離棄我，向別神燒香，用他們手所做的一切惹我發怒，所以我的憤怒必倒在這地方，總不止息。』

我將我的律例賜給他們，將我的典章指示他們；人若遵行就必因此存活。

「你們去，以所發現這書上的話，為我、為以色列和猶大倖存的人求問耶和華；因為我們的祖先沒有遵守耶和華的話，沒有照這書上所記的一切去做，耶和華的烈怒就倒在我們身上。」

「王必任意而行，自高自大，超過所有的神明，又用荒謬的話攻擊萬神之神。他必行事亨通，直到主的憤怒結束，因為所定的事必然實現。

耶和華發盡他的憤怒，傾倒他的烈怒，用火焚燒錫安，燒燬錫安的根基。
