So I looked and saw a hand reaching out to me, and there was a written scroll in it.

我观看，见有一只手向我伸出来，手中有一书卷。

這時我看見一隻手向我伸來，手中拿著書卷。

我看了看，只見有一隻手向我面前伸來，手中還有一卷書卷。

我觀之、見有手向我而伸、手中有卷、

我見有手、手執卷、

我見有一手、向我而伸、手中有卷、

Then I looked, and I saw a hand stretched out to me. In it was a scroll,

Then I looked up. I saw a hand reach out to me. A scroll was in it.

And when I looked, behold, a hand was stretched out to me, and behold, a scroll of a book was in it.

Then I looked and saw a hand reaching out to me. It held a scroll,

Then I looked, and behold, a hand was extended to me; and behold, a scroll was in it.

Now when I looked, there was a hand stretched out to me; and behold, a scroll of a book was in it.

And when I looked, behold, a hand was put forth unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;

So I looked and saw a hand reaching out to me, and there was a written scroll in it.

And when I looked, behold, an hand[ was] sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book[ was] therein;

Then I looked and realized a hand was stretched out to me, and in it was a written scroll.

When I looked, behold, a hand was stretched out to me; and, behold, a scroll of a book was in it.

He stretched out what appeared to be a hand and took me by the hair of my head. Then the Spirit lifted me up between earth and heaven and carried me in visions of God to Jerusalem, to the entrance of the inner gate that faces north, where the offensive statue that provokes jealousy was located.

Then I saw in the right hand of the one seated on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides, sealed with seven seals.I also saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice,“ Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?”But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or even to look in it.I wept and wept because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or even to look in it.Then one of the elders said to me,“ Do not weep. Look, the Lion from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered so that he is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

He said to me,“ Son of man, eat what you find here. Eat this scroll, then go and speak to the house of Israel.”

Suddenly, a hand touched me and set me shaking on my hands and knees.

Then the voice that I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said,“ Go, take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.”So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me,“ Take and eat it; it will be bitter in your stomach, but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth.”Then I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I ate it, my stomach became bitter.And they said to me,“ You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages, and kings.”

Suddenly one with human likeness touched my lips. I opened my mouth and said to the one standing in front of me,“ My lord, because of the vision, anguish overwhelms me and I am powerless.How can someone like me, your servant, speak with someone like you, my lord? Now I have no strength, and there is no breath in me.”Then the one with a human appearance touched me again and strengthened me.

At that moment the fingers of a man’s hand appeared and began writing on the plaster of the king’s palace wall next to the lampstand. As the king watched the hand that was writing,

“ Take a scroll, and write on it all the words I have spoken to you concerning Israel, Judah, and all the nations from the time I first spoke to you during Josiah’s reign until today.

Then I said,“ See— it is written about me in the scroll— I have come to do your will, God.”

Then the LORD reached out his hand, touched my mouth, and told me: I have now filled your mouth with my words.
