and I set My face against them. Though they have come out of the fire, yet the fire will consume them. Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I set My face against them.

我必怒顏向之、雖脫於火、終為火焚、我怒顏相向之時、爾則知我乃耶和華、

我必罰之、降以重災、既出燄山、復入火坑、使知我乃耶和華。

我向之震怒、既出一火、復入一火、我向之震怒時、爾曹則知我乃主、

I will set my face against them. Although they have come out of the fire, the fire will yet consume them. And when I set my face against them, you will know that I am the Lord.

I will turn against them. They might have come out of the fire. But the fire will destroy them anyway. I will turn against them. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

And I will set my face against them. Though they escape from the fire, the fire shall yet consume them, and you will know that I am the Lord, when I set my face against them.

And I will see to it that if they escape from one fire, they will fall into another. When I turn against them, you will know that I am the Lord.

Then I will put to death the rest of them with the sword; They will not have a fugitive who will flee, Nor a survivor who will escape.Though they dig into Sheol, From there My hand will take them; And though they ascend to heaven, From there I will bring them down.And though they hide on the summit of Carmel, I will track them down and take them from there; And though they hide themselves from My sight on the bottom of the sea, I will command the serpent from there, and it will bite them.And though they go into captivity before their enemies, From there I will command the sword and it will kill them, And I will set My eyes against them for harm and not for good.”

Then it will be that the one who flees the sound of terror will fall into the pit, And the one who climbs out of the pit will be caught in the snare; For the windows above are opened, and the foundations of the earth shake.

The face of the Lord is against evildoers, To eliminate the memory of them from the earth.

And I will set My face against you so that you will be defeated before your enemies; and those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee when no one is pursuing you.

For I have set My face against this city for harm and not for good,” declares the Lord.“ It will be handed over to the king of Babylon and he will burn it with fire.” ’

The slain will fall among you, and you will know that I am the Lord.

And it shall come about that the one who escapes from the sword of Hazael, Jehu shall put to death, and the one who escapes from the sword of Jehu, Elisha shall put to death.

Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I have dealt with you in behalf of My name, not according to your evil ways or according to your corrupt deeds, house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.’ ”

Terror, pit, and snare are coming upon you, Inhabitant of Moab,” declares the Lord.“ The one who flees from the terror Will fall into the pit, And the one who climbs up out of the pit Will be caught in the snare; For I will bring upon her, upon Moab, The year of their punishment,” declares the Lord.

I will also set My face against that man and will cut him off from among his people, because he has given some of his children to Molech, so as to defile My sanctuary and to profane My holy name.If the people of the land, however, should ever disregard that man when he gives any of his children to Molech, so as not to put him to death,then I Myself will set My face against that man and against his family, and I will cut off from among their people both him and all those who play the prostitute with him, by playing the prostitute with Molech.‘ As for the person who turns to mediums and to spiritists, to play the prostitute with them, I will also set My face against that person and will cut him off from among his people.

And you will know that I am the Lord, when I bring you into the land of Israel, into the land which I swore to give to your forefathers.

As when a man flees from a lion And a bear confronts him, Or he goes home, leans with his hand against the wall, And a snake bites him.

The Lord has made Himself known; He has executed judgment. A wicked one is ensnared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion Selah

You will fall by the sword. I will judge you to the border of Israel; so you shall know that I am the Lord.

‘ And anyone from the house of Israel, or from the strangers who reside among them, who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats the blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

and I will purge from you the rebels and those who revolt against Me; I will bring them out of the land where they reside, but they will not enter the land of Israel. So you will know that I am the Lord.

And My eye will have no pity on you, nor will I spare you, but I will bring your ways upon you, and your abominations will be among you; then you will know that I am the Lord!’
