人民見摩西拖延着下山，就聚集去見亞倫，對他說：『起來，給我們造神像可以在我們前面引路的，因為那摩西、那領我們從埃及地上來的那個人、我們不知道他怎麼樣了。』

百姓见摩西迟延不下山，就大家聚集到亚伦那里，对他说：“起来！为我们做神像，可以在我们前面引路；因为领我们出埃及地的那个摩西，我们不知道他遭了什么事。”

百姓见摩西迟迟不下山，就聚集到亚伦那里，对他说：“起来！为我们造神明，在我们前面引路，因为领我们出埃及地的那个摩西，我们不知道他遭遇了什么事。”

百姓见摩西迟迟不下山，就聚集到亚伦那里，对他说：“起来！为我们造神明，在我们前面引路，因为领我们出埃及地的那个摩西，我们不知道他遭遇了什么事。”

百姓见摩西迟迟没有下山，就聚集到亚伦那里，对他说：“领我们离开埃及的那个摩西不知怎样了，你给我们造神像来带领我们吧。”

人民见摩西迟迟不下山，就聚集到亚伦那里去，对他说：“起来，为我们做神像可以走在我们前头领路，因为那摩西，就是把我们从埃及地领出来的那个人，我们不知道他遭遇了什么事。”

百姓見摩西遲延不下山，就大家聚集到亞倫那裏，對他說：「起來！為我們做神像，可以在我們前面引路；因為領我們出埃及地的那個摩西，我們不知道他遭了甚麼事。」

民見摩西遲迴於山不下、則集於亞倫前曰、爾其為我造神像、以為我之先導、蓋率我出埃及之摩西、不知其何所遇矣、

民見摩西遲回於山不下、則集亞倫前、曰摩西率我出埃及、今彼不知所往、爾盍鑄上帝像、為我先導。

民見摩西遲延不下山、遂紛集於亞倫前、曰、起、為我儕造神、可為我前導、蓋導我儕出伊及之摩西、不知其何遇、

When the people saw that Moses was so long in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said,“ Come, make us gods who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him.”

The people saw that Moses took a long time to come down from the mountain. So they gathered around Aaron. They said to him,“ Come. Make us a god that will lead us. This fellow Moses brought us up out of Egypt. But we don’t know what has happened to him.”

When the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mountain, the people gathered themselves together to Aaron and said to him,“ Up, make us gods who shall go before us. As for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.”

When the people saw how long it was taking Moses to come back down the mountain, they gathered around Aaron.“ Come on,” they said,“ make us some gods who can lead us. We don’t know what happened to this fellow Moses, who brought us here from the land of Egypt.”

When the people saw that Moses delayed in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said to him,“ Come, make gods for us who will go before us because this Moses, the man who brought us up from the land of Egypt— we don’t know what has happened to him!”

Now when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mountain, the people assembled around Aaron and said to him,“ Come, make us a god who will go before us; for this Moses, the man who brought us up from the land of Egypt— we do not know what happened to him.”

Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to Aaron, and said to him,“ Come, make us gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.”

And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.

And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for[ as for] this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

When the people saw that Moses delayed in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said to him,“ Get up, make us gods that will go before us. As for this fellow Moses, the man who brought us up from the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him!”

When the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered themselves together to Aaron, and said to him,“ Come, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we don’t know what has become of him.”

說：『主御臨的應許在哪裏呢？從列祖長眠了以來，萬物依然不變，像從創造之初一樣啊。』

我上了山、要領受石版、就是永恆主同你們立約的約版；那時我在山上住了四十晝又四十夜；飯沒有喫，水也沒有喝。

但那惡奴僕若自己心裏說：「我主人一定會遲延」，

對亞倫說：「請為我們造些神像，可以在前頭領我們走的；因為領我們出埃及地的那個摩西、我們不知道他怎麼樣了！」

摩西進入雲中上了山；摩西在山上四十晝又四十夜。

永恆主說：『是我的同在要和你同去，把你安頓好了。』摩西對永恆主說：『若不是你的同在和我同去，你就不要把我們從這裏領上去呀。

我曾將你從埃及地領上來，將你從為奴之家贖救出來；我也差遣摩西、亞倫和米利暗在你前面領路。

過了四十晝又四十夜，永恆主把那兩塊石版、就是約版、交給了我。永恆主對我說：「你起來，從這裏趕快下去；因為你的族人、你從埃及領出來的、已經敗壞了。他們很快地就偏離了我所吩咐他們走的道路，為自己造了一個鑄像。」

永恆主吩咐摩西說：『你下去吧；因為你的眾民、你從埃及地領上來的、已經敗壞了。

日間、永恆主在他們的前面走，在雲柱中領導他們的路；夜間、在火柱中光照亮他們，使他們日夜都可以走路。

對摩西說：『難道在埃及沒有墳墓，你得把我們帶來，死在曠野麼？你為甚麼這樣待我們，將我們從埃及領出來呢？

藉着神言人永恆主將以色列從埃及領上來，藉着神言人以色列得了保存。

摩西便求永恆主他的上帝的情面，說：『永恆主啊，你為甚麼向你的人民發怒呢？這人民是你用大能用大力的手從埃及地領出來的呀！

他們出城，走了不遠，約瑟就對管家的說：『起來，追趕那些人；趕上了，就對他們說：「你們為甚麼以惡報善呢？

『所以為了你們自己的緣故、你們要格外謹慎，因為永恆主在何烈山從火中對你們說話的那一天、你們是沒有看見甚麼形像的；那是恐怕你們敗壞自己，為自己造雕像、造任何雕塑物的形像、男的或女的模形、造任何地上的獸類的模形、任何飛在空中有翅膀的鳥兒的模形、任何在地上爬行的動物的模形、任何在地底下水中的魚的模形。

你們要上那流奶與蜜之地；但你們既是脖子硬的人民，我就不在你們中間上去，免得我在路上把你們滅盡了。』

你起來，叫人民潔淨自己為聖，對他們說：「你們要潔淨自己為聖，以備明天；因為永恆主以色列的上帝這麼說：以色列啊，你們中間有該被毁滅歸神之物；非等到你們使該被毁滅歸神之物離開你們中間，你們在仇敵面前、就立不住。

羅得就出來，告訴那將要娶他女兒的女婿們說：『你們起來，逃出這地；因為永恆主要毁滅這城。』但他卻被女婿們看為戲說笑話的。

約瑟不肯；他對他主人的妻子說：『看哪，在家裏、我主人甚麼也不知道，不跟我計較；他把他一切所有的、都交在我手裏。

約瑟對他們說：『你們幹的這事是怎麼回事呢？豈不知像我這樣的人必能觀兆頭麼？』

以色列人對他們說：『巴不得我們在埃及地早死在永恆主手裏；那時我們坐在肉鍋旁邊，喫餅喫到飽飽地，你們竟將我們領出來、到這曠野，要叫這全體大眾都餓死啊！』

那麼我們既是上帝的族類，就不該以神性為彷彿金銀或石頭、人的手藝和心思所雕刻的。

『我以外，你不可有別的神。『不可為你自己造雕像，也不可造上天、下地、及地底下水中任何物件的形像。不可敬拜它們，也不可事奉它們，因為我永恆主你的上帝是忌邪的上帝；恨我的、我必察罰他們的罪愆、從父親到兒子、到三四代。

但這一點你們卻要曉得：家主若知道賊甚麼更次要來，他就要儆醒，不容他的房屋被挖透。

亞比米勒呢、也屢次說：『誰作了這事、我都不知道；你也沒有告訴我；我也沒有聽見；到今天才聽見。』

你們看，你們聽，不但在以弗所、也幾乎在全亞西亞、這個保羅都唆誘了帶壞了好大羣的人，說：「那些用人手作的並不是神。」
