亞倫謂之曰、可往脫爾妻與子女垂耳之金環、攜以給我、於是民眾遂脫垂耳之金環、攜之予亞倫、亞倫由其手受之、以鑄犢、以鑿修之成形、民彼此云、以色列人歟、此即導爾出伊及之神、亞倫見之、遂建祭臺於其前、亞倫又宣告曰、明日乃耶和華之節筵、或作明日乃節期崇事耶和華

於是主降災於民、緣其造犢、即亞倫所造之犢、

如此大祭司、原為我儕所需、聖潔、無玷無垢、遠乎罪人、升天無上、不似彼大祭司、每日獻祭、先為己罪、後為民罪、蓋獻己為祭、一次而成為民罪獻祭之事矣、律法立懦弱之人為大祭司、律法後之誓言、則立永遠全備之子焉、

摩西謂亞倫曰、斯民於爾何為、竟使之陷於重罪、
