Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.

要将基督的话丰丰富富地存在心里，用各样智慧彼此教导，互相劝诫，以感恩的心用诗篇、圣乐、灵歌颂赞上帝。

要将我今天吩咐你们的话牢记在心，并教导你们的儿女，无论在家在外，或起或卧，都要讲论这些律例和诫命。要把它们系在手上、戴在额上作记号，要写在城门上和自家的门框上。

亲爱的弟兄姊妹，我现在写给你们的是第二封信。这两封信都是为了提醒你们，激励你们保持真诚的心，叫你们记得从前圣先知们说的预言，以及我们的主和救主借着派到你们那里的使徒所传给你们的诫命。

我把你的话珍藏在心中，免得我得罪你。

虽然你们已经知道这些事，并且在所领受的真道上也很坚固，但我还是要常常提醒你们。

孩子啊，不要忘记我的训言，要把我的诫命存在心里，

这节期就好像在你们手上或额上作的记号，叫你们记得耶和华的律法，祂曾经用大能的手把你们带出埃及。

遵守我的诫命，你便存活。要爱护我的训言，如爱护眼中的瞳仁。要系在你的指头上，刻在你的心版上。

孩子啊，要遵守你父亲的诫命，不可背弃你母亲的训言。你要常常将这些刻在心坎上，系在颈项上。你行走，它们必引领你；你躺卧，它们必护卫你；你醒来，它们必与你交谈。因为诫命是灯，训言是光，管教责备是生命之道，

“要谨记我今天警告你们的话，要吩咐你们的子孙谨遵这律法上的话。

这事就像在你们手上作记号，额上作标记，以牢记耶和华曾用大能的手领我们离开埃及。”

因此，我们必须更加重视所听的道，以免随流漂去。

“他们的所作所为是为了给人看的，他们把额上佩戴的经文盒子加宽了，又将衣裳的穗边加长了。
