His sons will prepare for war and assemble a great army, which will sweep on like an irresistible flood and carry the battle as far as his fortress.

那像尼罗河上涨，像江河的水翻腾的是谁呢？埃及像尼罗河上涨，像江河的水翻腾；它说：‘我要上涨，淹盖大地；我要毁灭城镇和城里的居民。’

六十二个七以后，受膏者必被剪除，一无所有（“一无所有”或译：“不再存在”）；那将要来的领袖的人民必毁灭这城和圣所。结局必像洪水而来；必有争战直到末了；荒凉的事已经定了。

那些吃王膳的必毁灭他；他的军队必被冲没，受重伤而倒毙的很多。

必有无数的军兵在他面前像洪水冲没，并且溃败；立约的君也必这样。

他必得着外族神的帮助，攻破坚固的堡垒；凡承认他的，他必使他们大得尊荣，又使他们管辖许多人，并且把土地分给他们作赏赐。“到了末期，南方王要和他交战；北方王必带着战车、骑兵和大批战船，像暴风一般来到他那里；他必侵入列国，如洪水泛滥，横扫而过。

因此，主必使大河又强又大的水临到他们，就是亚述王和他一切威荣，水必涨起来，高过所有的水道；水要泛滥，漫过所有的河岸；然后必冲入犹大，涨溢泛滥，直到颈项，以马内利啊！它展开的翅膀必遮遍你广阔的地土。”

耶和华必使他们高耸而坚固的城墙倾倒下陷，落在地面，变作尘土。”
