遂見有分歧之舌、其狀如火、而止於各人上、

They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.

夫我以水施洗於爾、使爾悔改、但後我來者更勝於我、即提其履、我亦不堪、彼將以聖神及火、施洗於爾、

主曰、我之言若火、若鎚碎磐、

眾遂滿於聖神、能言各國方言、隨聖神所賜以言者、
