So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean like that of a young boy.

So Naaman went down to the Jordan River. He dipped himself in it seven times. He did exactly what the man of God had told him to do. Then his skin was made pure again. It became“ clean” like the skin of a young boy.

他带我回到殿门，看哪，有水从殿的门槛下面往东流出，因为这殿是朝东的。水从殿的侧面，就是右边，从祭坛的南边往下流。他带我出北门，又领我从外边转到朝东的外门，看哪，水从右边流出。他手拿绳子往东出去，量了一千肘，使我涉水而过，水到脚踝。他又量了一千，使我涉水而过，水就到膝；再量了一千，使我过去，水就到腰；又量了一千，水已成河，无法过去；因为水势高涨成河，只能游泳，无法走过。他对我说：“人子啊，你看见了吗？”他带我回到河边。我回到河边时，看哪，河这边与那边的岸上有极多的树木。他对我说：“这水往东方流，下到亚拉巴，直到海。所流出来的水，一入海就使水变淡。这两条河所到之处，凡滋生的动物都必存活；这水流到那里，使那里的水变淡，因此里面有极多的鱼。这河水所到之处，百物都必存活。

“在那日，因罪恶与污秽的缘故，必有一泉源为大卫家和耶路撒冷的居民而开。”

他母亲对用人说：“他告诉你们什么，你们就做吧。”

“我的仆婢与我争辩，我若藐视不听他们的冤情，

他为我们的缘故舍己，为了要赎我们脱离一切罪恶，又洁净我们作他自己的子民，热心为善。

一句话说得合宜，就如金苹果在银网子里。智慧人的劝戒在顺从的人耳中，好像金环和金首饰。

因着信，挪亚既蒙上帝指示他未见的事，动了敬畏的心，造了方舟，使他全家得救。藉此他定了那世代的罪，自己也承受了那从信而来的义。因着信，亚伯拉罕蒙召的时候就遵命出去，往将来要承受为基业的地方去；他出去的时候还不知往哪里去。

清晨，众人早起往提哥亚的旷野去。出去的时候，约沙法站着说：“犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪，要听我说：信靠耶和华—你们的上帝就必站立得稳；信赖他的先知就必亨通。”

教导智慧人，他就越有智慧，指示义人，他就增长学问。
