他的仆人上前对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，难道你会不去做吗？何况他只是说你去洗洗就可以洁净！”

他的仆人上前，对他说：“我父啊，先知如果吩咐你作一件大事，你不是照着行吗？何况他只是说：‘你去沐浴就得洁净’呢？”

他的僕人上前對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，難道你會不去做嗎？何況他只是說你去洗洗就可以潔淨！」

他的僕人上前，對他說：“我父啊，先知如果吩咐你作一件大事，你不是照著行嗎？何況他只是說：‘你去沐浴就得潔淨’呢？”

他的僕人走近前來對他說道：『我父啊，神言人若吩咐你一件大事，你難道不作麼？何況他只對你說：「你去洗澡，而得潔淨」呢？』

其僕進而謂之曰、我父歟、先知若命爾行一大事、爾豈不行之、況僅言沐浴而得潔乎、

其從者至前、告曰、我主歟、如先知以難成之事使爾、爾豈有所不為、況彼第言、濯身而成潔乎。

其僕至前告曰、我父歟、如先知以難成之事命爾、爾亦當為之、況第言浴身而成潔乎、

Naaman’s servants went to him and said,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more, then, when he tells you,‘ Wash and be cleansed’!”

Naaman’s servants went over to him. They said,“ You are like a father to us. What if Elisha the prophet had told you to do some great thing? Wouldn’t you have done it? But he only said,‘ Wash yourself. Then you will be pure and“ clean.” ’ You should be even more willing to do that!”

But his servants came near and said to him,“ My father, it is a great word the prophet has spoken to you; will you not do it? Has he actually said to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

But his officers tried to reason with him and said,“ Sir, if the prophet had told you to do something very difficult, wouldn’t you have done it? So you should certainly obey him when he says simply,‘ Go and wash and be cured!’”

But his servants approached and said to him,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more should you do it when he only tells you,‘ Wash and be clean’?”

Then his servants approached and spoke to him, saying,“ My father, had the prophet told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

And his servants came near and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do something great, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?

But his servants approached and said to him,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more should you do it when he tells you,‘ Wash and be clean’?”

And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father,[ if] the prophet had bid thee[ do some] great thing, wouldest thou not have done[ it]? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?

His servants approached and said to him,“ O master, if the prophet had told you to do some difficult task, you would have been willing to do it. It seems you should be happy that he simply said,“ Wash and you will be healed.”

His servants came near, and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had asked you do some great thing, wouldn’t you have done it? How much rather then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean?’”

以色列王看见他们，就对以利沙说：“我父啊，我真的可以击杀他们吗？”

以利沙看见，就呼叫说：“我父啊！我父啊！以色列的战车骑兵啊！”以利沙不再看见他的时候，就把自己的衣服撕为两片。

以利沙得了致命的病，以色列王约阿施下来看他，伏在他脸上哭泣，说：“我父啊！我父啊！以色列的战车和骑兵啊！”

在王宫里的太监古实人以伯‧米勒，听见他们把耶利米丢进井里，那时王坐在便雅悯门前。以伯‧米勒从王宫里出来，对王说：“主—我的王啊，这些人向耶利米先知一味地行恶，把他丢在井里；他在那里必因饥饿而死，因为城里不再有粮食了。”王就吩咐古实人以伯‧米勒说：“你从这里带领三十人，趁耶利米先知还没死，把他从井里拉上来。”

其实，是人里面的灵，全能者的气使人有聪明。寿高的不都有智慧，年老的不都明白公平。

我对他说：“我主啊，你是知道的。”他向我说：“这些人是从大患难中出来的，他们曾用羔羊的血把衣裳洗得洁白。

以水藉着道把教会洗净，使她成为圣洁，好献给自己，作荣耀的教会，毫无玷污、皱纹等类的缺陷，而是圣洁没有瑕疵的。

但是，上帝拣选了世上愚拙的，为了使有智慧的羞愧；又拣选了世上软弱的，为了使强壮的羞愧。

以利沙派一个使者，对乃缦说：“去，在约旦河中沐浴七次，你的肉就必复原，你会得洁净。”

拿八的一个仆人告诉拿八的妻子亚比该说：“看哪，大卫从旷野派使者来向我主人问安，主人却辱骂他们。但是那些人待我们真好；我们在田野与他们一切来往的日子，没有受他们欺负，也未曾失去什么。我们在他们那里牧羊，一切的日子他们昼夜保护我们。现在，你当知道，看怎样做才好。不然，祸患必定临到我主人和他全家。他性情凶暴，无人敢与他说话。”

虽然你们在基督里有无数的导师，却没有许多父亲，因我是在基督耶稣里用福音生了你们。

他救了我们，并不是因我们自己所行的义，而是照他的怜悯，藉着重生的洗和圣灵的更新。

求你将我的罪孽洗涤净尽，洁除我的罪！

亚兰王的臣仆对他说：“他们的神是山神，所以他们胜过我们。但在平原与他们打仗，我们一定胜过他们。

于是哈薛用四十匹骆驼，驮着大马士革的各样美物为礼物，去迎见以利沙。哈薛到了那里，站在他面前，说：“你儿子亚兰王便‧哈达派我到你这里，问说：‘我这病会不会好？’”

既然世人凭自己的智慧不认识上帝，上帝就本着自己的智慧乐意藉着人所传愚拙的话拯救那些信的人。

彼得对他说：“你绝对不可以洗我的脚！”耶稣回答他：“我若不洗你，你就与我无份了。”

现在你为什么耽延呢？起来，受洗，求告他的名，洗去你的罪。’”

那么，我们该用诚心和充足的信心，同已蒙洁净、无亏的良心，和清水洗净了的身体来亲近上帝。

也不要称呼地上的人为父，因为只有一位是你们的父，就是在天上的父。

又给约瑟坐他的副座车，在他前面有人呼叫说：“跪下。”于是，法老委派他治理埃及全地。

求你用牛膝草洁净我，我就干净；求你洗涤我，我就比雪更白。

他的臣仆对他说：“看哪，我们听说以色列家的王都是仁慈的王；让我们腰束麻布，头套绳索，出去到以色列王那里，也许他会存留王的性命。”

她对女主人说：“我希望主人去见撒玛利亚的先知，他必能治好主人的麻风。”

你们要洗涤、自洁，从我眼前除掉恶行；要停止作恶，

万军之耶和华对你们说：“儿子孝敬父亲，仆人敬畏主人；我既为父亲，孝敬我的在哪里呢？我既为主人，敬畏我的在哪里呢？你们这些藐视我名的祭司啊！”你们却说：“我们在何事上藐视你的名呢？”

这水所预表的洗礼，现在藉着耶稣基督的复活拯救你们，不是除掉肉体的污秽，而是向上帝恳求有无亏的良心。
