伯示麥人說：『在永恆主這神聖的上帝面前、誰能站立得住呢？我們要把他從我們這裏送上哪裏去呢？』

伯示麦人说：“谁能在耶和华这圣洁的神面前侍立呢？这约柜可以从我们这里送到谁那里去呢？”

伯‧示麦人说：“谁能在耶和华这位圣洁的上帝面前侍立呢？这约柜可以从我们这里上到谁那里去呢？”

伯‧示麦人说：“谁能在耶和华这位圣洁的神面前侍立呢？这约柜可以从我们这里上到谁那里去呢？”

伯·示麦人说：“谁能站立在耶和华——这位圣洁的上帝面前呢？该把约柜送到谁那里呢？”

伯．示麦人说：“在耶和华这位圣洁的神面前，谁能站立得住呢？他可以从我们这里上到哪里去呢？”

伯示麦人说：“谁能在这位圣洁的神耶和华面前站立得住呢？应该请他离开我们上谁那里去呢？”

伯‧示麥人說：「誰能在耶和華這聖潔的神面前侍立呢？這約櫃可以從我們這裏送到誰那裏去呢？」

伯‧示麥人說：「誰能在耶和華這位聖潔的上帝面前侍立呢？這約櫃可以從我們這裏上到誰那裏去呢？」

伯‧示麥人說：「誰能在耶和華這位聖潔的神面前侍立呢？這約櫃可以從我們這裏上到誰那裏去呢？」

伯·示麥人說：「誰能站立在耶和華——這位聖潔的上帝面前呢？該把約櫃送到誰那裡呢？」

伯示麥人曰、此維聖之上帝耶和華、孰能立於其前、彼離我、當何往、

伯示麥人曰、耶和華上帝至聖、孰能立於其前、匱離斯土、當往何方。

伯示麥人曰、主天主至聖、誰能立於其前、匱離我儕當往誰之所乎、

And the people of Beth Shemesh asked,“ Who can stand in the presence of the Lord, this holy God? To whom will the ark go up from here?”

The people of Beth Shemesh said,“ The Lord is a holy God. Who can stand in front of him? Where can the ark go up to from here?”

Then the men of Beth-shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before the Lord, this holy God? And to whom shall he go up away from us?”

“ Who is able to stand in the presence of the Lord, this holy God?” they cried out.“ Where can we send the Ark from here?”

The people of Beth-shemesh asked,“ Who is able to stand in the presence of the LORD this holy God? To whom should the ark go from here?”

And the men of Beth shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before the Lord, this holy God? And to whom will He go up from us?”

And the men of Beth Shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before this holy Lord God? And to whom shall it go up from us?”

And the men of Beth- shemesh said, Who is able to stand before Jehovah, this holy God? and to whom shall he go up from us?

The men of Beth-shemesh asked,“ Who is able to stand in the presence of this holy Lord God? Who should the ark go to from here?”

And the men of Bethshemesh said, Who is able to stand before this holy LORD God? and to whom shall he go up from us?

The residents of Beth Shemesh asked,“ Who is able to stand before the LORD, this holy God? To whom will the ark go up from here?”

The men of Beth Shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before Yahweh, this holy God? To whom shall he go up from us?”

那一天大衛懼怕永恆主，說：『永恆主的櫃怎可到我這裏來呢？』

但他來的日子誰能當得起呢？他顯現時、誰能站立得住呢？『因為他像煉金之人的火，像漂布之人的鹼。

因為他們遭上帝義怒的大日子到了，誰能站得住呢？

惟獨你可畏懼；誰能在你面前站得住你的怒氣呢？

他們就打發人去把非利士人的眾霸主聚集到他們那裏，說：『我們要怎樣處置以色列上帝的櫃呢？』他們說：『讓以色列上帝的櫃轉運到迦特去吧』；於是將以色列上帝的櫃轉運到迦特去。轉運到了以後，永恆主的手攻擊那城，那城非常紛亂驚慌；又擊打那城的人、無論大小都暴發了鼠疫疱。他們就把上帝的櫃送到以革倫；上帝的櫃到了以革倫，以革倫人就喊叫起來，說：『他們將以色列上帝的櫃轉運到我們這裏，要害死我們和我們的眾民了。』於是打發人去把非利士人的眾霸主聚集了來，說：『把以色列上帝的櫃送走吧，使它回原處去，免得害死了我們和我們的眾民』；這是因為上帝的手加在那裏極重了，致人於死的驚慌紛亂佈滿了全城。未曾死的人都被鼠疫疱擊打；那城呼救聲上達於天。

以色列人對摩西說：『我們活不了啦，我們滅亡啦，都滅亡啦。凡走近永恆主帳幕的、都必須死。難道我們、我們這一切人、都要滅絕麼？』

因永恆主突然殺死烏撒的緣故，大衛就不高興，因此那地方到今日還叫做毘列斯烏撒。那一天大衛大大敬畏上帝，說：『我怎能將上帝的櫃扛到我這裏來呢？』於是大衛沒有將櫃運進大衛城到他那裏，卻轉而運到迦特人俄別以東的住宅。

格迦薩周圍地區所有的眾民、因被大懼怕所困迫、就求耶穌離開他們。耶穌便上船回去了。

西門彼得看見，就拜倒在耶穌膝前，說：『主啊，離開我，我是個罪人！』

因為我永恆主是領你們從埃及地上來、要做你們的上帝的；所以你們要成聖別，因為我是聖別。』

永恆主向烏撒發怒；上帝因了他的冒失、就在那裏擊打他，他就在那裏死在上帝的櫃旁。
