求你在天上垂听，赦免你仆人你百姓以色列的罪，将当行的善道教导他们，并降雨在你的地，就是你赐给你百姓为业之地。

求你在天上你的居所垂听、赦免、处理。因为你知道人心，惟有你知道世人的心，求你照各人所行的一切待他们，

求你在天上垂听，赦免你百姓以色列的罪，使他们归回你赐给他们列祖的地。

耶和华啊，你若究察罪孽，主啊，谁能站得住呢？但在你有赦免之恩，要叫人敬畏你。

主啊，求你垂听！主啊，求你赦免！主啊，求你侧耳，求你实行！为你自己的缘故不要迟延。我的上帝啊，因这城和这民都是称为你名下的。”

在上帝面前你不可冒失开口，也不可心急发言；因为上帝在天上，你在地上，所以你的话语要少。

说：“唉，耶和华—天上大而可畏的上帝，向爱你、守你诫命的人守约施慈爱的上帝啊，愿你睁眼看，侧耳听你仆人今日昼夜在你面前，为你众仆人以色列人的祈祷，承认我们以色列人向你所犯的罪；我与我父家都犯了罪。

求你在天上你的居所垂听他们的祷告祈求，为他们伸张正义，

你赦免了你百姓的罪孽，遮盖了他们一切的过犯。（细拉）

“所以，你们要这样祷告：‘我们在天上的父：愿人都尊你的名为圣。

求你在天上你的居所垂听，照着外邦人向你所求的一切而行，使地上万民都认识你的名，敬畏你，像你的百姓以色列一样，又使他们知道我所建造的是称为你名下的殿。

这称为我名下的子民，若是谦卑自己，祷告，寻求我的面，转离他们的恶行，我必从天上垂听，赦免他们的罪，医治他们的地。

耶和华从天上观看，看见所有的人，从他的居所察看地上每一个居民，

那至高无上、永远长存、名为圣者的如此说：“我住在至高至圣的所在，却与心灵痛悔的谦卑人同住；要使谦卑的人心灵苏醒，使痛悔的人内心复苏。

坐在天上的主啊，我向你举目。

免我们的债，如同我们免了人的债。

谁像耶和华—我们的上帝呢？他坐在至高之处，自己谦卑，观看天上地下的事。

他们住在这地，又为你的名建造圣所，说：‘若有祸患临到我们，或刀兵的惩罚，或瘟疫饥荒，我们在急难的时候，站在这殿前向你呼求，你必垂听并且拯救，因为你的名在这殿里。’
