For I was commanded by the word of the Lord:‘ You must not eat bread or drink water or return by the way you came.’”

The Lord gave me a command. He said,‘ Do not eat bread or drink water there. Do not return the same way you came.’ ”

爾若行我所命、即我友也、

爾若知此而行之、則福矣、

兄弟乎、我求爾凡啟分爭、置機檻、異乎爾所學之道者、宜慎而避之、

遂向自猶大來之上帝僕呼曰、耶和華云、因爾違耶和華之言、不守爾上帝耶和華所命、乃返而食餅飲水、於耶和華禁爾食餅飲水之所、故爾尸不得入爾列祖之墓、

耶羅波安立於壇側、欲焚香時、適有上帝僕、奉耶和華命、自猶大至伯特利、

如父愛我、我亦愛爾、爾宜恆在我之愛中、爾守我誡、則恆在我愛、如我守父誡、而恆在其愛矣、

摩西謂會眾曰、離此惡黨之幕、勿捫其物、恐與其罪、與之偕亡、

撒母耳曰、耶和華豈喜燔祭及他祭、如喜聽其言乎、夫順服愈於祭祀、聽從愈於羊脂、

我又聞有聲自天曰、我民乎、宜出乎彼、免與其罪而受其災、

今我以書遺爾、若有名為兄弟、而淫亂、貪婪、拜像、詬詈、沉湎、殘酷、則勿與之交、亦勿與之共食、

毋與無實之暗行、寧責之、
