吾人茲以所見所聞、傳之於爾、庶幾爾曹得與吾人神交心契、而吾人實已與聖父及其聖子耶穌基督神交心契矣。

我儕以所見所聞者告爾曹、使爾與我儕心交、我儕與父及其子耶穌基督心交、

We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

We announce to you what we have seen and heard. We do it so you can share life together with us. And we share life with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

人能識父為唯一真宰、及父所遣之耶穌基督、則永生即在斯中。

夫爾等既宗基督、能無所興奮乎？既懷愛德、能無所慰勉乎？既有聖神、能無感應乎？既有心肝、能無同情乎？

我乃一長老也、曾目擊基督之受苦蒙難、且於來日將顯之光榮、預有其分焉。吾欲憑此資格、為爾中任長老者進一言。

拔吾人於暗冥之域、而躋吾人於其愛子之國。

此則予所深信不疑者也。且予對爾懷此感想、允非過情；蓋爾我神交心契、實為一體；故予之縲絏、亦即爾之縲絏；予之護道樹教、爾托主恩、亦與有功焉、

吾人所聞於主之妙音、而欲傳播於爾曹者、無他、即天主便是光明、無絲毫暗昧存乎其中。

是故同蒙恩召之聖兄弟、盍一諦觀為吾教總宣道使及大司祭之耶穌乎！

因是、凡信天主聖子者、自有作證者寓乎其心。（或可譯其心中自有印證待攷）凡不置信於天主之證者、不啻以妄證之罪加諸天主矣。無他、天主為其聖子作證、而彼人竟莫之信也。其證云何？曰：天主已賜吾人以永生；而永生即在其聖子之身。

蓋天主玄謨、吾已昭示於爾、曾無畏縮。

是日既臨、爾等必知予之在父、爾之在予、而予之在爾矣。凡懷予之誡而踐履之者、斯為愛予之人、愛予者、必見愛於吾父、予亦愛之、且願自顯於若人。』樹德（非茹答斯依斯加略）問曰：『主將何以自顯於吾儕、而不顯於世人乎？』耶穌曰：『人若愛予、必守吾訓、則吾父必愛之、且將偕予同就若人、而以之為安宅。

出我於獅口兮。拯我於兕角。

君曰吾將宣聖旨於萬方。主曾告予兮。爾為予新得之元良。
