此生顯著、我儕曾見之而為證、且以語爾、即永生也、乃原偕父而顯著於我儕者、

永生之道、與父共在、顯著於我、我見之為證、即以授爾、

此無始無終、向與聖父相俱之生命、曾現身於世。其在世時、吾人既得親炙、爰為作證、而宣之於爾。

The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.

This life has appeared. We have seen him. We are witnesses about him. And we announce to you this same eternal life. He was already with the Father. He has appeared to us.

毫無疑問，我們偉大的信仰奧妙無比：祂以肉身顯現，被聖靈證明為義，被天使看見，被傳揚到列邦，被世人信奉，被接到天上的榮耀中。

一直犯罪的人是屬魔鬼的，因為魔鬼從起初便犯罪，但上帝兒子的顯現是為了摧毀魔鬼的工作。

你們也要為我做見證，因為你們從開始就與我在一起。

有永生的盼望。這永生是從不說謊的上帝在亙古以前應許的。

「在耶和華造物的起頭，在太初萬物被造以前，就已經有我。從亙古，從太初，大地還沒有形成以前，我已經被立。沒有深淵，沒有湧流的水泉以前，我已經誕生。大山未曾奠定，小丘未曾形成，我已經出生。那時耶和華還沒有造大地和原野，還沒有造一粒塵土。祂鋪設諸天的時候，我已在場。祂在深淵上畫出地平線，上使穹蒼堅固，下使深淵的泉源安穩，設定滄海的界限，使海水不得越過祂定的範圍，為大地奠定根基的時候，我就在祂身旁，做祂的工程師，天天成為祂的喜樂，終日在祂面前歡悅，

耶穌說：「我就是道路、真理、生命，若不藉著我，沒有人能到父那裡。

太初，道已經存在，道與上帝同在，道就是上帝。太初，道就與上帝同在。

你們殺了生命之主，上帝卻使祂從死裡復活了。我們都是這事的見證人。

如今藉著我們救主基督耶穌的降世顯明了出來。基督已經消滅了死亡，藉著福音將不朽的生命彰顯了出來。

我從父那裡來到這個世界，現在我要離開這個世界回到父那裡。」

我是基督受苦的見證人，將分享以後所顯明的榮耀。我以長老的身分勸你們中間作長老的：

父啊，現在讓我和你同享創世以前我們所共有的榮耀吧！

這是耶穌從死裡復活後第三次向門徒顯現。

除了從天上降下來的人子以外，沒有人到過天上。

上帝已經使這位耶穌復活了！我們都是這件事的見證人。

不是向所有的人顯現，而是向被上帝預先揀選為祂做見證的人顯現，就是我們這些在祂復活以後與祂一同吃喝過的人。

我所說的，是我從父那裡看到的，你們卻照著你們父的話去做。」
