因为你们仍然是属肉体的。在你们当中既然有嫉妒纷争，你们不还是属肉体，照着世人的方式而行吗？

蓋爾尚屬形軀、爾中有媢嫉爭鬥、豈非屬形軀、效世人而行乎、

爾曹尚從欲、有媢嫉、爭鬥、釁隙、豈非從欲而狥人意乎、

蓋爾尚為屬肉者、爾中有娼嫉、爭鬥、釁隙、豈爾非屬肉、循人意而行乎、

蓋依然未脫本性也。爾中一日有相妒相爭之事、即一日未克進於超性之境、而脫盡世俗之習。

You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans?

You are still following the ways of the world. Some of you are jealous. Some of you argue. So aren’t you following the ways of the world? Aren’t you acting like ordinary human beings?

for you are still of the flesh. For while there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not of the flesh and behaving only in a human way?

for you are still controlled by your sinful nature. You are jealous of one another and quarrel with each other. Doesn’t that prove you are controlled by your sinful nature? Aren’t you living like people of the world?

because you are still worldly. For since there is envy and strife among you, are you not worldly and behaving like mere humans?

for you are still fleshly. For since there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not fleshly, and are you not walking like ordinary people?

for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?

for ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you jealousy and strife, are ye not carnal, and do ye not walk after the manner of men?

because you are still fleshly. For since there is envy and strife among you, are you not fleshly and living like unbelievers?

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas[ there is] among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

for you are still influenced by the flesh. For since there is still jealousy and dissension among you, are you not influenced by the flesh and behaving like unregenerate people?

for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren’t you fleshly, and don’t you walk in the ways of men?

因为凡有嫉妒和自私的地方，就必有扰乱和各样的坏事。

首先，我听说你们在聚会的时候，你们中间起了分裂，这话我也稍微相信。

我们从前也是无知、不顺服、受了迷惑、被各种私欲和逸乐所奴役，生活在恶毒和嫉妒之中，是可憎可恶的，并且互相仇视。

你们中间的争执和打斗是从哪里来的呢？不是从你们肢体中好斗的私欲来的吗？你们放纵贪欲，如果得不到，就杀人；你们嫉妒，如果一无所得，就打斗争执。你们得不到，因为你们不求；

我怕我来的时候，见你们不如我所想的，你们见我也不如你们所想的。又怕有纷争、嫉妒、恼怒、自私、毁谤、谗言、狂傲、混乱的事。

你们要谨慎，如果相咬相吞，恐怕彼此都要毁灭了。

我的弟兄们，革来氏家里的人向我提到你们，说你们中间有纷争。

肉体所行的都是显而易见的，就如淫乱、污秽、邪荡、拜偶像、行邪术、仇恨、争竞、忌恨、忿怒、自私、分党、结派、嫉妒、醉酒、荒宴，和类似的事。我从前早就告诉过你们，现在又事先告诉你们：行这些事的人，必定不能承受神的国。

那时你们在过犯和罪恶中行事为人，随着时代的潮流，也服从空中掌权的首领，就是现今在悖逆的人身上运行的灵。我们从前也都和他们在一起，放纵肉体的私欲，随着肉体和心意所喜好的去行；我们与别人一样，生来都是可怒的儿女。

就要除去你们那照着从前生活方式而活的旧人。这旧人是随着迷惑人的私欲渐渐败坏的。你们要把心灵更换一新，并且穿上新人。这新人是照着神的形象，在公义和真实的圣洁里创造的。

好叫你们不再随从人的私欲，只顺从神的旨意，在世上度余下的光阴。

你们中间有人和弟兄起了争执，怎敢告到不义的人面前，却不告在圣徒面前呢？你们不知道圣徒要审判世界吗？既然世界要由你们来审判，难道你们不配审判这些最小的事吗？你们不知道我们要审判天使吗？何况今生的事呢？你们既然要审判今生的事，为什么让教会不重视的人来审判呢？我说这话，是要使你们羞愧。难道你们中间没有一个有智慧的人，能够审判弟兄之间的事吗？你们竟然是弟兄告弟兄，而且告到不信的人面前去吗？你们彼此告状，已经是你们的失败了。为什么不宁愿受委屈呢？为什么不甘心吃亏呢？但你们反倒使人受委屈，叫人吃亏，而且他们就是你们的弟兄。

行事为人要光明磊落，好像行在白昼。不可荒宴醉酒，不可放荡纵欲，不可纷争嫉妒。

可是他们却在亚当城背约，在那里向我行诡诈。

因为从里面，就是从人的心里，发出恶念、淫乱、偷盗、凶杀、奸淫、贪心、邪恶、诡诈、放荡、嫉妒、毁谤、骄傲、愚妄；
