Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been fathered by God, and everyone who loves the father loves the child fathered by him.By this we know that we love the children of God: whenever we love God and obey his commandments.For this is the love of God: that we keep his commandments. And his commandments do not weigh us down,because everyone who has been fathered by God conquers the world. If what someone has built survives, he will receive a reward.

With regard to food sacrificed to idols, we know that“ we all have knowledge.” Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.

So do not throw away your confidence, because it has great reward.
