大衛王起立曰、我兄弟、我民歟、宜聽我言、我意欲建殿宇、安置主之約匱、為我天主駐蹕駐蹕原文作足蹬之所、我已備材以待建造、

大卫王就站起来，说：“我的弟兄，我的百姓啊，你们当听我言，我心里本想建造殿宇，安放耶和华的约柜，作为我神的脚凳；我已经预备建造的材料。

大卫王站起来，说：“我的弟兄，我的百姓啊，请听我说！我心里本想建造殿宇，安放耶和华的约柜，作为我们上帝的脚凳，并且我已经预备了建造的材料。

大卫王站起来说：“我的弟兄，我的人民啊，请听我说。我本想建造一座殿宇安放耶和华的约柜，作我们上帝的脚凳，我已准备好建造的材料。

大卫王站起来，说：“我的兄弟，我的人民哪，你们要听我的话；我心里有意要建造一所安放耶和华的约柜的殿宇，作我们的神的脚凳，并且我已经准备好要建造。

大衛王站起來，說：“我的兄弟，我的人民哪，你們要聽我的話；我心裡有意要建造一所安放耶和華的約櫃的殿宇，作我們的神的腳凳，並且我已經準備好要建造。

大衛王站起來，說：『我的弟兄、我的人民啊，你們要聽我；我心裏本有意思要為永恆主的約櫃建造一座安居之殿、作為我們之上帝的腳凳；我並且已經準備好要建造了。

大衛王立而言曰、我昆弟、我民歟、其聽我言、我有意建室、安置耶和華之約匱、而為我上帝之足几、已備具以待建造、

大闢王立、而告民曰、爾為我民、亦我兄弟、宜聽我言、我素志欲建殿宇、置我上帝耶和華法匱、及駐蹕之所、我曾備材、以待經營。

King David rose to his feet and said:“ Listen to me, my fellow Israelites, my people. I had it in my heart to build a house as a place of rest for the ark of the covenant of the Lord, for the footstool of our God, and I made plans to build it.

King David stood up. He said,“ All of you Israelites, listen to me. With all my heart I wanted to build a house for the Lord. I wanted it to be a place of peace and rest for the ark of the covenant of the Lord. The ark is the stool for our God’s feet. I made plans to build the Lord’ s house.

Then King David rose to his feet and said:“ Hear me, my brothers and my people. I had it in my heart to build a house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the Lord and for the footstool of our God, and I made preparations for building.

David rose to his feet and said:“ My brothers and my people! It was my desire to build a Temple where the Ark of the Lord’s Covenant, God’s footstool, could rest permanently. I made the necessary preparations for building it,

Then King David rose to his feet and said,“ Listen to me, my brothers and my people. It was in my heart to build a house as a resting place for the ark of the LORD’s covenant and as a footstool for our God. I had made preparations to build,

Then King David rose to his feet and said,“ Listen to me, my brothers and my people; I had intended to build a permanent home for the ark of the covenant of the Lord and for the footstool of our God. So I had made preparations to build it.

Then King David rose to his feet and said,“ Hear me, my brethren and my people: I had it in my heart to build a house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and for the footstool of our God, and had made preparations to build it.

Then David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my people: as for me, it was in my heart to build a house of rest for the ark of the covenant of Jehovah, and for the footstool of our God; and I had made ready for the building.

Then King David rose to his feet and said,“ Listen to me, my brothers and my people. It was in my heart to build a house as a resting place for the ark of the Lord’s covenant and as a footstool for our God. I had made preparations to build,

Then David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my people:[ As for me], I[ had] in mine heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building:

King David rose to his feet and said:“ Listen to me, my brothers and my people. I wanted to build a temple where the ark of the LORD’s covenant could be placed as a footstool for our God. I have made the preparations for building it.

Then David the king stood up on his feet, and said,“ Hear me, my brothers, and my people! As for me, it was in my heart to build a house of rest for the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, and for the footstool of our God; and I had prepared for the building.

主如是云、天乃我之寶座、地乃我之足凳、爾曹可為我建何殿、我駐蹕之所、可在何地、

爾曹當讚美主我之天主為至上、俯拜在主之足凳前、主為至聖、

大衛居己宮中、謂先知拿單曰、我居柏香木宮中、而主之約匱反在帷幔下、拿單謂大衛曰、爾可隨心意以行、天主必祐爾、

哀哉主震怒、使黑雲蔽郇邑、邑原文作女使以色列榮光自天墮地、震怒之日、不念其足凳、

俾不心驕藐視同族人、不向左不向右偏離誡命、則可在以色列人中久居王位、爰及其子孫、

曰、此乃我永居之處、我所喜愛者、我必居於此間、

王之臣僕亦來見我主大衛王、為之祝福曰、願王之天主使所羅門之名、較王之名更尊榮、使其國位更大、王遂在床敬拜天主、

大衛命招集居以色列地之異邦人、選派石工鑿石、以建天主之殿、大衛備鐵甚多、供門扇之釘及鈎條之用、又備銅甚多、不能權其輕重、亦備柏香木無算、蓋西頓人及推羅人多運柏香木、至大衛所、大衛曰、我子所羅門尚幼弱、為主所將建之殿、必高大莊嚴、使聲名傳揚萬國、我當為之預備、於是大衛未死之先、廣備材物、

蓋使成聖者、及得成聖者、皆出於一、故稱之為兄弟、不以為恥、彼曰、我將宣爾名於我兄弟間、頌爾於會中、

大衛奪哈大利謝臣僕所執之金盾、攜至耶路撒冷、大衛又自屬哈大利謝之提巴提巴或作比他與均二邑中、取銅甚多、其後所羅門以其銅造銅海銅柱、與一切銅器、哈末王陀烏、聞大衛王擊敗瑣巴王哈大利謝全軍、遂遣子哈多蘭、往見大衛王問安、為之祝福、以其攻哈大利謝而擊敗之、蓋哈大利謝曩時屢與陀烏戰、哈多蘭亦攜金銀銅諸器、大衛遂以此諸器、並自列國所得之金銀、即自以東、自摩押、自亞捫人、自非利士人、自亞瑪力人、所得之金銀、皆別之為聖獻於主、

則必以主爾天主所選者、立之為王治理爾、惟可立爾同族同族原文作兄弟中一人為王治理爾、若外邦人、非爾同族人、同族人原文作兄弟下同不可立之為王治理爾、

我父大衛意欲為主以色列天主之名建殿、主諭我父大衛曰、爾意欲為我名建殿、爾之意甚善、

王居宮中、主賜以平康、不為四周之敵所擾、謂先知拿單曰、我居柏香木宮中、而天主之匱、反在在原文作居帷幔內、

約匱既定其所、大衛使斯眾在主殿理謳歌之事、

我必在我兄弟前傳揚主名、必在會中讚美主、

主曰、天乃我寶座、地乃我足凳、爾曹為我建何室、何地為我駐蹕之所、

曰、我必不入我之室、必不登我之床、必不閉目寢睡、亦不合睫安眠、直待為主覓得聖所、為雅各全能之主覓得居處、我儕曾聞法匱先在以法他、後尋得在雅珥野、我儕欲赴主之聖所、俯伏在主之足凳下、求主興起、與主之榮耀法匱同入聖所、

我為主之殿、於艱難中備金十萬他連得、銀一百萬他連得、銅鐵甚多、不能權其輕重、亦備木石、爾猶可增之、

以色列眾集於希伯崙見大衛曰、我為爾之骨肉、昔掃羅為我王時、爾已率以色列民出入、主曾許爾曰、爾必牧我民以色列、必為君治理我民以色列、於是以色列諸長老至希伯崙見王、大衛王在希伯崙與之立約於主前、諸長老膏大衛立為以色列王、應主託撒母耳所言者、

或告雅各曰、爾子約瑟來見爾、以色列強坐於床、
