進入上帝的殿，吃了獻給上帝的供餅。這餅只有祭司才可以吃，大衛和部下是不准吃的。

所羅門又為耶和華的殿造了以下器具：金壇、放供餅的金桌；

建成後的聖幕共分兩間，外面的一間稱為聖所，擺設了燈臺、桌子和聖餅。
