猶大之牧伯、自謂耶路撒冷居民、恃其上帝萬有之主耶和華、遂得能力、以左右余、當是日、我必使猶大牧伯、若火之焚采薪、若炬之熱禾束、四周左右、必為所燬、耶路撒冷之民、將仍居其邑、我耶和華必先救猶大之帷幕、使大闢家之華美、耶路撒冷之榮顯、不復藐視猶大、

治國之君若柱石、若堅釘、若強弓、皆出自猶大、譬彼英豪、戰鬥之時、蹂躪敵人、若衢路之泥、耶和華祐之、戰無不利、使乘者抱愧。
