And the Lord will send a plague on all the nations that fought against Jerusalem. Their people will become like walking corpses, their flesh rotting away. Their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.

They were given power, not to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a person.In those days people will seek death, and will in no way find it. They will desire to die, and death will flee from them.

You will fall on the mountains of Israel, you, and all your hordes, and the peoples who are with you. I will give you to the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the animals of the field to be devoured.You will fall on the open field; for I have spoken it,” says the Lord Yahweh.“ I will send a fire on Magog, and on those who dwell securely in the islands. Then they will know that I am Yahweh.

“ For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will execute judgment on them there for my people, and for my heritage, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations. They have divided my land,

Who knows the power of your anger, your wrath according to the fear that is due to you?

“ You, son of man, the Lord Yahweh says:‘ Speak to the birds of every sort, and to every animal of the field,“ Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice on the mountains of Israel, that you may eat meat and drink blood.You shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bulls, all of them fatlings of Bashan.You shall eat fat until you are full, and drink blood until you are drunk, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.You shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war,” says the Lord Yahweh.’

then Yahweh will make your plagues and the plagues of your offspring fearful, even great plagues, and of long duration, and severe sicknesses, and of long duration.

For, behold, Yahweh will come with fire, and his chariots will be like the whirlwind; to render his anger with fierceness, and his rebuke with flames of fire.For Yahweh will execute judgment by fire and by his sword on all flesh; and those slain by Yahweh will be many.

“‘ If you walk contrary to me, and won’t listen to me, then I will bring seven times more plagues on you according to your sins.

Come near, you nations, to hear! Listen, you peoples. Let the earth and all it contains hear, the world, and everything that comes from it.For Yahweh is enraged against all the nations, and angry with all their armies. He has utterly destroyed them. He has given them over for slaughter.Their slain will also be cast out, and the stench of their dead bodies will come up. The mountains will melt in their blood.All of the army of the sky will be dissolved. The sky will be rolled up like a scroll, and all its armies will fade away, as a leaf fades from off a vine or a fig tree.For my sword has drunk its fill in the sky. Behold, it will come down on Edom, and on the people of my curse, for judgment.Yahweh’s sword is filled with blood. It is covered with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Yahweh has a sacrifice in Bozrah, And a great slaughter in the land of Edom.The wild oxen will come down with them, and the young bulls with the mighty bulls; and their land will be drunken with blood, and their dust made greasy with fat.For Yahweh has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.Its streams will be turned into pitch, its dust into sulfur, And its land will become burning pitch.It won’t be quenched night nor day. Its smoke will go up forever. From generation to generation, it will lie waste. No one will pass through it forever and ever.But the pelican and the porcupine will possess it. The owl and the raven will dwell in it. He will stretch the line of confusion over it, and the plumb line of emptiness.They shall call its nobles to the kingdom, but none shall be there; and all its princes shall be nothing.Thorns will come up in its palaces, nettles and thistles in its fortresses; and it will be a habitation of jackals, a court for ostriches.The wild animals of the desert will meet with the wolves, and the wild goat will cry to his fellow. Yes, the night creature shall settle there, and shall find herself a place of rest.The arrow snake will make her nest there, and lay, hatch, and gather under her shade. Yes, the kites will be gathered there, every one with her mate.Search in the book of Yahweh, and read: not one of these will be missing. None will lack her mate. and you will have great sickness with a disease of your bowels, until your bowels fall out by reason of the sickness, day by day.’”

I heard a loud voice out of the temple, saying to the seven angels,“ Go and pour out the seven bowls of the wrath of God on the earth!”The first went, and poured out his bowl into the earth, and it became a harmful and evil sore on the people who had the mark of the beast, and who worshiped his image.The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man. Every living thing in the sea died.The third poured out his bowl into the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.I heard the angel of the waters saying,“ You are righteous, who are and who were, O Holy One, because you have judged these things.For they poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink. They deserve this.”I heard the altar saying,“ Yes, Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are your judgments.”The fourth poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was given to him to scorch men with fire.People were scorched with great heat, and people blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues. They didn’t repent and give him glory.The fifth poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was darkened. They gnawed their tongues because of the pain,and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores. They didn’t repent of their works.The sixth poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates. Its water was dried up, that the way might be prepared for the kings that come from the sunrise.I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, something like frogs;for they are spirits of demons, performing signs; which go out to the kings of the whole inhabited earth, to gather them together for the war of that great day of God, the Almighty.“ Behold, I come like a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his clothes, so that he doesn’t walk naked, and they see his shame.”He gathered them together into the place which is called in Hebrew,“ Megiddo”.The seventh poured out his bowl into the air. A loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying,“ It is done!”There were lightnings, sounds, and thunders; and there was a great earthquake, such as has not happened since there were men on the earth, so great an earthquake, and so mighty.The great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the great was remembered in the sight of God, to give to her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.Every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.Great hailstones, about the weight of a talent, came down out of the sky on people. People blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, for this plague is exceedingly severe.

Yahweh will strike you with consumption, with fever, with inflammation, with fiery heat, with the sword, with blight, and with mildew. They will pursue you until you perish.

Now many nations have assembled against you, that say,“ Let her be defiled, and let our eye gloat over Zion.”But they don’t know the thoughts of Yahweh, neither do they understand his counsel; for he has gathered them like the sheaves to the threshing floor.Arise and thresh, daughter of Zion; for I will make your horn iron, and I will make your hoofs bronze; and you will beat in pieces many peoples: and I will devote their gain to Yahweh, and their substance to the Lord of the whole earth.

Immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he didn’t give God the glory. Then he was eaten by worms and died.

then I will walk contrary to you in wrath. I will also chastise you seven times for your sins.

I saw an angel standing in the sun. He cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the sky,“ Come! Be gathered together to the great supper of God,that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and slave, small and great.”I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him who sat on the horse, and against his army.The beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who worked the signs in his sight, with which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur.The rest were killed with the sword of him who sat on the horse, the sword which came out of his mouth. All the birds were filled with their flesh.

The ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the prostitute, will make her desolate, will strip her naked, will eat her flesh, and will burn her utterly with fire.

It will happen in that day, when Gog comes against the land of Israel,” says the Lord Yahweh,“ that my wrath will come up into my nostrils.For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath I have spoken. Surely in that day there will be a great shaking in the land of Israel;so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the animals of the field, all creeping things who creep on the earth, and all the men who are on the surface of the earth will shake at my presence. Then the mountains will be thrown down, the steep places will fall, and every wall will fall to the ground.I will call for a sword against him to all my mountains,” says the Lord Yahweh.“ Every man’s sword will be against his brother.I will enter into judgment with him with pestilence and with blood. I will rain on him, and on his hordes, and on the many peoples who are with him, an overflowing shower, with great hailstones, fire, and sulfur.

It will happen in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

Then Yahweh will go out and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

After all this Yahweh struck him in his bowels with an incurable disease.In process of time, at the end of two years, his bowels fell out by reason of his sickness, and he died of severe diseases. His people made no burning for him, like the burning of his fathers.

The Lord is at your right hand. He will crush kings in the day of his wrath.He will judge among the nations. He will heap up dead bodies. He will crush the ruler of the whole earth.

Return to her just as she returned, and repay her double as she did, and according to her works. In the cup which she mixed, mix to her double.However much she glorified herself, and grew wanton, so much give her of torment and mourning. For she says in her heart,‘ I sit a queen, and am no widow, and will in no way see mourning.’Therefore in one day her plagues will come: death, mourning, and famine; and she will be utterly burned with fire; for the Lord God who has judged her is strong.

The nations will see and be ashamed of all their might. They will lay their hand on their mouth. Their ears will be deaf.They will lick the dust like a serpent. Like crawling things of the earth they shall come trembling out of their dens. They will come with fear to Yahweh our God, and will be afraid because of you.

I also will do this to you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and make the soul to pine away. You will sow your seed in vain, for your enemies will eat it.

The remnant of Jacob will be among the nations, among many peoples, like a lion among the animals of the forest, like a young lion among the flocks of sheep; who, if he goes through, treads down and tears in pieces, and there is no one to deliver.Let your hand be lifted up above your adversaries, and let all of your enemies be cut off.
