Call on Me in a day of trouble; I will rescue you, and you will honor Me.”

For I know the plans I have for you”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.You will call to Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.

You rejoice in this, though now for a short time you have had to struggle in various trialsso that the genuineness of your faith— more valuable than gold, which perishes though refined by fire— may result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Then everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Look, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.

The victor will inherit these things, and I will be his God, and he will be My son.

They will not labor without success or bear children destined for disaster, for they will be a people blessed by the Lord along with their descendants.Even before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will hear.

Today you have affirmed that the Lord is your God and that you will walk in His ways, keep His statutes, commands, and ordinances, and obey Him.And today the Lord has affirmed that you are His special people as He promised you, that you are to keep all His commands,that He will elevate you to praise, fame, and glory above all the nations He has made, and that you will be a holy people to the Lord your God as He promised.”

Dear friends, don’t be surprised when the fiery ordeal comes among you to test you as if something unusual were happening to you.

You will be My people, and I will be your God.

But who can endure the day of His coming? And who will be able to stand when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire and like cleansing lye.He will be like a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will present offerings to the Lord in righteousness.

For You, God, tested us; You refined us as silver is refined.You lured us into a trap; You placed burdens on our backs.You let men ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but You brought us out to abundance.

I will strengthen the house of Judah and deliver the house of Joseph. I will restore them because I have compassion on them, and they will be as though I had never rejected them. For I am Yahweh their God, and I will answer them.

On that day I will respond— this is the Lord’s declaration. I will respond to the sky, and it will respond to the earth.The earth will respond to the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and they will respond to Jezreel.I will sow her in the land for Myself, and I will have compassion on No Compassion; I will say to Not My People: You are My people, and he will say,“ You are My God.”

“ Instead, this is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days”— the Lord’s declaration.“ I will put My teaching within them and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be My people.

Jesus answered them,“ You are deceived, because you don’t know the Scriptures or the power of God.For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage but are like angels in heaven.Now concerning the resurrection of the dead, haven’t you read what was spoken to you by God:I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry for help.The face of the Lord is set against those who do what is evil, to erase all memory of them from the earth.The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them from all their troubles.The Lord is near the brokenhearted; He saves those crushed in spirit.Many adversities come to the one who is righteous, but the Lord delivers him from them all.

I will be with you when you pass through the waters, and when you pass through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. You will not be scorched when you walk through the fire, and the flame will not burn you.

When he calls out to Me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble. I will rescue him and give him honor.

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be My people.

Then I heard a loud voice from the throne: Look! God’s dwelling is with humanity, and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God.He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will no longer exist; grief, crying, and pain will exist no longer, because the previous things have passed away.

“ Then I will pour out a spirit of grace and prayer on the house of David and the residents of Jerusalem, and they will look at Me whom they pierced. They will mourn for Him as one mourns for an only child and weep bitterly for Him as one weeps for a firstborn.

for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, since the same Lord of all is rich to all who call on Him.For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.But how can they call on Him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about Him? And how can they hear without a preacher?

A crucible for silver, and a smelter for gold, and the Lord is the tester of hearts.

A man who endures trials is blessed, because when he passes the test he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.

Then everyone who calls on the name of Yahweh will be saved, for there will be an escape for those on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, as the Lord promised, among the survivors the Lord calls.

I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be My people.

My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be My people.

For no one can lay any other foundation than what has been laid down. That foundation is Jesus Christ.If anyone builds on that foundation with gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, or straw,each one’s work will become obvious, for the day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire; the fire will test the quality of each one’s work.

I will bring them back to live in Jerusalem. They will be My people, and I will be their faithful and righteous God.”

Happy are the people with such blessings. Happy are the people whose God is Yahweh.

so they may follow My statutes, keep My ordinances, and practice them. Then they will be My people, and I will be their God.

Yet He knows the way I have taken; when He has tested me, I will emerge as pure gold.

Yet in spite of this, while they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject or abhor them so as to destroy them and break My covenant with them, since I am Yahweh their God.For their sake I will remember the covenant with their fathers, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations to be their God; I am Yahweh.”

“ And now listen, Jacob My servant, Israel whom I have chosen.This is the word of the Lord your Maker who formed you from the womb; He will help you: Do not fear; Jacob is My servant; I have chosen Jeshurun.For I will pour water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your descendants and My blessing on your offspring.They will sprout among the grass like poplars by flowing streams.This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; another will call himself by the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”This is what the Lord, the King of Israel and its Redeemer, the Lord of Hosts, says: I am the first and I am the last. There is no God but Me.

At that time, when you call, the Lord will answer; when you cry out, He will say,‘ Here I am.’ If you get rid of the yoke among you, the finger-pointing and malicious speaking,

They will be My people, and I will be their God.

Then you will live in the land that I gave your fathers; you will be My people, and I will be your God.
