耶和華必首先拯救猶大的帳篷，為要使大衛家的榮耀和耶路撒冷居民的榮耀不超過猶大。

“ The Lord will save the dwellings of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and of Jerusalem’s inhabitants may not be greater than that of Judah.

“ I will save the houses in Judah first. The honor of David’s family line is great. So is the honor of those who live in Jerusalem. But their honor will not be greater than the honor of the rest of Judah.

“ And the Lord will give salvation to the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem may not surpass that of Judah.

“ The Lord will give victory to the rest of Judah first, before Jerusalem, so that the people of Jerusalem and the royal line of David will not have greater honor than the rest of Judah.

The LORD will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of David’s house and the glory of Jerusalem’s residents may not be greater than that of Judah.

The Lord also will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem will not be greater than Judah.

耶和华说：“看啊，我要使雅各的子孙复兴，我要怜悯他们，使他们在废墟上重建家园，重修宫殿。

到那日，狂妄的人将被挫败，骄傲的人将遭贬抑；唯独耶和华将受尊崇。因为万军之耶和华已定了日子，要惩罚一切骄傲狂妄和自高自大的人，使他们沦为卑贱；祂必毁灭黎巴嫩高大的香柏树和巴珊的橡树，毁灭一切崇山峻岭，毁灭高耸的城楼和坚固的城墙，毁灭他施的商船和一切华美的船只。到那日，狂妄的人必被挫败，骄傲的人必遭贬抑，唯独耶和华受尊崇。

“到那日，我要重建已倾覆的大卫王朝，修补它城墙的缺口。我要从废墟中重建它，恢复它往日的荣耀。

我曾求告你，别让他们幸灾乐祸，在我失脚时沾沾自喜。

你们若真要妄自尊大，利用我的耻辱来指责我，

既然如此，我们哪里能夸口呢？当然没有可夸的。靠什么方法让人不能夸口呢？靠遵行律法吗？不是！是靠信主的方法。

那时，耶稣说：“父啊，天地的主，我颂赞你，因为你把这些事向聪明、有学问的人隐藏起来，却启示给像孩童一般的人。父啊，是的，这正是你的美意。

约就在当天废除了，那些注视着我的困苦羊便知道这是上帝的话。

愿幸灾乐祸的人蒙羞受辱，自高自大的人无地自容！

但上帝赐给我们更大的恩典，所以圣经上说：“上帝阻挡骄傲的人，恩待谦卑的人。”

我们不过是瓦器，里面却有这宝贝，要显明这莫大的能力是上帝的，而不是我们自己的。我们压力重重，却没有崩溃；心里困惑，却不绝望；遭受迫害，却没有被遗弃；被打倒了，却没有死亡。我们身上常常带着耶稣的死，好使耶稣的生命也彰显在我们身上。因为我们这些活着的人常常为耶稣的缘故而面临死亡的威胁，好使耶稣的生命在我们这终有一死的肉身上彰显出来。因此，死亡笼罩着我们，而生命却运行在你们身上。

法利赛人说：“难道你们也被祂迷惑了吗？哪有官长和法利赛人信祂呢？这群不明白律法的民众该受咒诅！”

弟兄姊妹，想想你们蒙召时的情形。按人的标准来衡量，你们当中称得上有智慧的不多，有能力的不多，出身名门望族的也不多。但上帝拣选了世人看为愚昧的，要使智者羞愧；上帝拣选了世上软弱的，要使强者蒙羞；上帝拣选了世上卑贱的、被藐视的和无足轻重的，要使世人看为举足轻重的变得无足轻重。这样，谁都不能在上帝面前自夸了。上帝使你们活在基督耶稣里，祂使基督耶稣成为我们的智慧、公义、圣洁和救赎。所以，正如圣经上说：“要夸耀，就当夸耀主的作为。”

是万军之耶和华定的，为要摧毁因荣耀而生的骄傲，羞辱世上的尊贵者。

倘若是仇敌辱骂我，我还能忍受；倘若是恨我的人欺凌我，我还可以躲开。

祂伸出臂膀，施展大能，驱散心骄气傲的人。祂使当权者失势，叫谦卑的人升高。祂使饥饿的得饱足，叫富足的空手而去。

耶和华说：“智者不要夸耀自己的智慧，勇士不要夸耀自己的力量，富人不要夸耀自己的财富。若有人夸耀，就让他夸耀自己认识我是耶和华，知道我喜欢在地上凭慈爱、公平和正义行事。这是耶和华说的。”

我亲爱的弟兄姊妹，请听我说，上帝不是拣选了穷人，使他们在信心上富足，并承受祂应许赐给那些爱祂之人的国度吗？

他对我说：“这是耶和华对所罗巴伯讲的话。万军之耶和华说，‘不靠权势，不靠才能，乃靠我的灵。

就在这时候，耶稣受圣灵感动，充满喜乐地说：“父啊，天地的主，我颂赞你！因为你把这些事向聪明、有学问的人隐藏起来，却启示给像孩童一般的人。父啊！是的，这正是你的美意。
