To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.

我知道，并且在主耶稣里深信，没有一样东西的本身是不洁的，但如果有人认为是不洁的，对他来说那东西就成为不洁了。

不可因食物的缘故拆毁神的工作。一切都是洁净的，但人若因食物绊倒弟兄，对他来说，这就是恶事了。

什么事情都可以作，但不是都有益处。什么事情都可以作，但不是都能造就人。

他们禁止嫁娶，禁戒食物。食物本是神所造的，是给信主和认识真理的人存感谢的心领受的。因为凡神所造的，都是好的，只要存感谢的心领受，没有一样是可以弃绝的；

但如果有人存着疑惑的心去吃，他就被定罪了，因为他不是出于信心。凡不是出于信心的，都是罪。

什么事我都可以作，但不是都有益处。什么事我都可以作，但我不要受任何事的辖制。食物是为了肚腹，肚腹是为了食物；但神却要把这两样都废掉。身体不是为了淫乱，而是为了主，主也是为了身体。

主对他说：“你们法利赛人把杯盘的外面洗净，但你们里面却充满了抢夺和邪恶。无知的人哪，那造外面的，不也造里面吗？只要把里面的施舍出去，你们的一切就都洁净了。

但从口里出来的，是发自内心，才会使人污秽。

所以，你们或吃喝，或作什么，一切都要为神的荣耀而行。

第二次又有声音对他说：“神所洁净的，你不可当作俗物。”

不过，这种知识不是人人都有的。有些人直到现在习惯了拜偶像的事，因此他们吃的时候，就把这些食物看作是真的献过给偶像的；他们的良心既然软弱，就被污秽了。

肉食市场所卖的一切，你们只管吃，不要为了良心的缘故问什么，

哈该又说：“人若因触着尸体而成为不洁，又触着这些东西的任何一样，这就算为不洁吗？”祭司都回答说：“要算为不洁净。”

何况基督的血呢？他藉着永远的灵，把自己无瑕无疵的献给神，他的血不是更能洁净我们的良心脱离致死的行为，使我们可以事奉永活的神吗？

我们良心的邪恶既然被洒净，身体也用清水洗净了，那么，我们就应该怀着真诚的心和完备的信，进到神面前；

就和那些心术败坏，丧失真理的人不断地争吵。他们视敬虔为得利的门路。

“你要告诉这地的人民和祭司说：‘这七十年来，你们在五月和七月禁食哀哭，岂是真的为我禁食呢？你们吃，你们喝，岂不是为你们自己吃，为你们自己喝吗？

高傲的眼、傲慢的心，恶人的灯，都是罪恶。

因此，无论什么人若用不合适的态度吃主的饼，喝主的杯，就是得罪主的身体、主的血了。所以人应当省察自己，然后才吃这饼，喝这杯。因为那吃喝的人，如果不辨明是主的身体，就是吃喝定在自己的身上的罪了。
