我的良人對我說：“我的佳偶啊！你起來吧。我的佳麗啊！你來吧。

因為在收割以前，花蕾開盡，花朵也成了將熟的葡萄之時，他就用鐮刀削去嫩枝，又砍掉蔓延的枝子。

我們這些與神同工的，也勸你們不要白受神的恩典。因為他說：“在悅納的時候，我應允了你；在拯救的日子，我幫助了你。”看哪！現在就是悅納的時候，現在就是拯救的日子。

他的幼枝必伸展，他的榮美要像橄欖樹，他的香氣必如黎巴嫩的香柏樹。

地怎樣發生苗芽，園子怎樣使所種的生長起來，主耶和華也必怎樣使公義和讚美，在萬國之前生長出來。

因此，我們就是基督的使者，神藉著我們勸告世人。我們代替基督請求你們：跟神和好吧！

我的良人哪！來吧！讓我們往田間去；讓我們在鳳仙花叢中過夜吧。我們早晨起來往葡萄園去，去看葡萄樹發芽沒有，花朵開放沒有；也看看石榴開花沒有。我在那裡要把我的愛給你。風茄正在散發香氣；在我們的門旁有各樣佳美的果子，新的舊的都有。我的良人哪，這些都是我為你保存的。

耶穌講了這樣一個比喻：“有一個人把一棵無花果樹栽在自己的葡萄園裡。他來到樹那裡找果子，卻找不到。他對管園的說：‘你看，這三年，我來到這棵無花果樹那裡找果子，卻找不到，把它砍了吧！何必白佔地土呢？’

說：“巴不得你在這日子，知道關於你平安的事，但現在這事在你眼前是隱藏的。

我說：“我要爬上這棵棕樹，我要抓住它的果子。”願你的兩乳如一掛一掛的葡萄串；你鼻子的香氣如蘋果芬芳；

倉裡還有種子嗎？葡萄樹、無花果樹、石榴樹和橄欖樹，豈是還沒有結果子嗎？從今日起，我必賜福。’”

雨雪怎樣從天上降下來，不再返回天上，卻灌溉大地，使地上的植物發芽結實，使撒種的有種子，吃的人有糧食；從我的口所出的話也必這樣，必不徒然返回我這裡，卻要作成我所喜悅的，使它在我差遣它去作的事上必然亨通。

我下到核桃園去，看看谷中青綠的植物，看看葡萄樹發芽沒有，石榴樹開花沒有；
