Boaz replied,“ I’ve been told all about what you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband— how you left your father and mother and your homeland and came to live with a people you did not know before.

Boaz replied,“ I’ve been told all about you. I’ve heard about everything you have done for your mother- in- law since your husband died. I know that you left your father and mother. I know that you left your country. You came to live with people you didn’t know before.

But Boaz answered her,“ All that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband has been fully told to me, and how you left your father and mother and your native land and came to a people that you did not know before.

“ Yes, I know,” Boaz replied.“ But I also know about everything you have done for your mother in law since the death of your husband. I have heard how you left your father and mother and your own land to live here among complete strangers.

Boaz answered her,“ Everything you have done for your mother-in-law since your husband’s death has been fully reported to me: how you left your father and mother and your native land, and how you came to a people you didn’t previously know.

Boaz replied to her,“ All that you have done for your mother in law after the death of your husband has been fully reported to me, and how you left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and came to a people that you did not previously know.

And Boaz answered and said to her,“ It has been fully reported to me, all that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband, and how you have left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and have come to a people whom you did not know before.

And Boaz answered and said unto her, It hath fully been showed me, all that thou hast done unto thy mother- in- law since the death of thy husband; and how thou hast left thy father and thy mother, and the land of thy nativity, and art come unto a people that thou knewest not heretofore.

Boaz answered her,“ Everything you have done for your mother-in-law since your husband’s death has been fully reported to me: how you left your father and mother and the land of your birth, and how you came to a people you didn’t previously know.

And Boaz answered and said unto her, It hath fully been shewed me, all that thou hast done unto thy mother in law since the death of thine husband: and[ how] thou hast left thy father and thy mother, and the land of thy nativity, and art come unto a people which thou knewest not heretofore.

Boaz replied to her,“ I have been given a full report of all that you have done for your mother-in-law following the death of your husband– how you left your father and your mother, as well as your homeland, and came to live among people you did not know previously.

Boaz answered her,“ I have been told all about what you have done for your mother- in- law since the death of your husband, and how you have left your father, your mother, and the land of your birth, and have come to a people that you didn’t know before.

耶穌對他們說：「我實在告訴你們，凡是為上帝的國撇下房屋，或是妻子、兄弟、父母、兒女的，沒有不在今世得更多倍，而在來世得永生的。」

這樣，你們無論甚麼人，若不撇下一切所有的，就不能作我的門徒。」

兩個媳婦又放聲大哭，俄珥巴與婆婆吻別，但是路得卻緊跟着拿娥米。拿娥米說：「看哪，你嫂嫂已經回她的百姓和她的神明那裏去了，你也跟你嫂嫂回去吧！」路得說：「不要勸我離開你，轉去不跟隨你。你往哪裏去，我也往哪裏去；你在哪裏住，我也在哪裏住；你的百姓就是我的百姓；你的上帝就是我的上帝。你死在哪裏，我也死在哪裏，葬在哪裏。只有死能使你我分離；不然，願耶和華重重懲罰我！」拿娥米見路得決意要跟自己去，就不再對她說甚麼了。於是二人同行，來到伯利恆。她們到了伯利恆，全城因她們騷動起來。婦女們說：「這是拿娥米嗎？」拿娥米對她們說：「不要叫我拿娥米，要叫我瑪拉，因為全能者使我受盡了苦。我滿滿地出去，耶和華使我空空地回來。耶和華使我受苦，全能者降禍於我。你們為何還叫我拿娥米呢？」拿娥米從摩押地回來了，她的媳婦摩押女子路得跟她在一起。她們到了伯利恆，正是開始收割大麥的時候。

女子啊，要傾聽，要思想，要側耳而聽！不要記念你本族和你父家，

因着信，摩西長大了不肯稱為法老女兒之子。他寧可和上帝的百姓一同受苦，也不願在罪中享受片刻的歡樂。他把為彌賽亞受凌辱看得比埃及的財物更寶貴，因為他想望所要得的賞賜。

他們把兩隻船靠了岸，就撇下所有的，跟從了耶穌。

當將你的道路交託耶和華，並倚靠他，他就必成全。他要使你的公義如光發出，使你的公平明如正午。

因着信，亞伯拉罕蒙召的時候就遵命出去，往將來要承受為基業的地方去；他出去的時候還不知往哪裏去。因着信，他就在所應許之地作客，好像在異鄉，居住在帳棚裏，與蒙同一個應許的以撒和雅各一樣。

說『你的罪赦了』，或說『你起來行走』，哪一樣容易呢？

拿娥米說：「我的女兒啊，回去吧！為何要跟我去呢？我還能生兒子作你們的丈夫嗎？
