I am absolutely sure that not even death or life can separate us from God’s love. Not even angels or demons, the present or the future, or any powers can separate us.

Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.So resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brothers and sisters who are in the world.After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas, or the world or life or death, or things present or things to come; all things belong to you,and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.

But when this perishable puts on the imperishable, and this mortal puts on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written:“ Death has been swallowed up in victory.Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?”The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law;but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be firm, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform.

No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen and welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth.

according to my eager expectation and hope, that I will not be put to shame in anything, but that with all boldness, Christ will even now, as always, be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.But if I am to live on in the flesh, this will mean fruitful labor for me; and I do not know which to choose.But I am hard pressed from both directions, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better;

Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
