我必定大大祝福你，使你的后裔大大增多，如同天上的星辰、海边的沙粒；你的后裔必占有仇敌的城门。地上万国都必因你的后裔而蒙福，因为你听从了我的话。”

我要祝福她，也要藉着她赐给你一个儿子。我要祝福她，她将成为多国之母，万族的君王要从她而出。”

你的后裔必如同地上的尘土；你必向东南西北扩展；地上万族都必因你和你的后裔而蒙福。

所有的君王都要向他下拜，所有的国家都要服事他。

权杖必不离开犹大，王杖必不离他两脚之间，直到“细罗”来到，万民都要归顺他。
