嗟爾蒼生、爾如責人、將無以免責；蓋爾之所責於人者、率皆躬自蹈之；是爾之責人、適足自納於罪耳。夫吾人既明知此等行為、依理應受天主之譴責；嗟爾蒼生、爾自犯責人之過、猶希倖免天主之譴責乎？抑爾藐視天主之大仁大慈、寬容忍耐、而不知其涵宏寬大之所以啟人悔悟乎？今爾剛愎自用、無悛於心、祇為積愆干怒；其時既至、必遭天主之譴怒。

主曰：「去！予將遣汝遠適異邦。」』

祖殺先知、而爾築其墓足徵爾實默認乃祖之所為矣。

然則爾欲正人、盍先正己！禁人為盜者、豈可自身為盜？禁人奸淫者、豈可自犯奸淫？厭惡偶像者、豈可褻瀆聖殿？而以法為誇者、豈可明知故犯、以辱天主乎？

自此耶路撒冷教會受迫益甚；宗徒而外、盡散處猶太沙瑪里各地。

當是時也、十二門徒中之一、茹答斯依斯加略、出謁大司祭、欲鬻耶穌。大司祭聞言喜甚、許以銀。茹答斯乃處心積慮、熟籌所以付耶穌。

且天主之譴怒、實未嘗不自天而顯、用警悖逆、不義、以邪惡阻塞天理之人。
